What PC hardware do you guys think is the best buy right now? 👀
7900xt had a really good sale on ebuyer I got it for £550 but the 7900gre right now and r5 7500f
6800
for a budget 1440p build, i recommend going with the 3080 ti
montec king 95 pro (thanks for hearted comment btw)
z790 auros pro x is amzing
Upgraded my pc the other week, 4070ti super, 7800x3d, 32gb ddr5 6000mhz, 750w psu, best value pc you can get for the perfomance i'd say, all of this for cheaper than a 4090.
Awesome build dude!
Ayyee awesomee, hope you enjoy it, man! 😌
How much was it? (I want that kind of built to)
@@user-cw7wo7xm3k £1600 ish total
I just build a pc like that too !
Another Great GeekAWhat Video! Thanks for the recommendations ! Love the channel!
Thanks for watching!
this channel is great. so many nice videos that are easy to understand
Thanks for the help!!
No problem!
Can you explain please, what is the risk of using GPU adapter? I have Corsair rm850x 2021 and bought Rtx 4070 Ti. Should I buy new PSU?
Sounds I buy the small graphics card or medium? I'm playing competitive shooting games I'm sticking to medium to small range so what do you recommend? For all the parts
one of the most useful videos i ever watched! great job 👍👍
Thanks so much dude!
@@GeekaWhat the legend himself! :)
Hey, I'm building a pc and I was wondering if this was a good set of parts. Gigabyte B650, Sapphire pulse RX 7700 XT, GFt ATX 850W, AMD 5 7600x, Crucial P3 Plus, t-Force delta 32gb ddr5, AG400 BK, Hyte 760, and 2 f140 fans.
What is the difference between the Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX and theGigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 ?
im suprised you didnt mention the 7700x CPU and the 4070 ti super those would be really good choices aswell, and for case i think the lian li 216 is really good as it comes with beefy fans and all you have to worry about is an aio or use a stock fan, I'm told the temps on the 216 are really good aswell. great video though keep it up
For the Pro RS motherboard, does the PCIE Gen 5 slot share lanes with the graphics card slot? I heard somewhere that some motherboards share lanes like that which result in PCIE Gen 4 speeds instead.
Awesome video sir :)
Thansks dude!

XFX 7900xt for £599 was a bargain here in the UK (at least last week) , while Sapphire 7900 GRE was £540-560, depending on the model...
built a new PC in Jan, i9 12900k 32gb 6000mhz rtx 4080 super 850 psu 2 tb m.2 ssd and montech king 95 pro. total just under $2200
I saw Jay recommended the AK500 as an air cooler option for the 13600K. Frivolous question: I’m doing a white build, but DeepCool’s AK series are more eggshell white, and it’s enough to bother me. Wondering if the Peerless Assassin 120 (dual tower, 6 pipes) would do the job for the 13600K?
It will do the job for sure, just don't expect much OC headroom (if any) on that cooler with the 13600K :)
can you make a video about the ryzen 7 7800F compair to other ryzen cpu , love your vids
hey geekawhat! what are your thoughts of the rx 6800 instead of the 7700xt? it is usually cheaper while being slightly stronger and has more vram
thats what I was thinking too, its in my current build. I'm just going to go for it
@@yipyiphooray339 yeah me too, feel like its the best option for what i need, the 7700xt is 60$ more at where i live
case reccomendation which is SO GOOD for the price, its dual chamber and comes with 6 fans, and has a fishbowl design: the montec king 95 PRO
Great vid 👍😊 build a PC
Hey bro. I should be good for a bit right? I have a Ryzen 5 5600x and RX6750XT 850-watt PSU 32gb ram
Yeah great build dude!
@@GeekaWhat thanks, great video bro.
is Ryzen 5 7600x Rx 6750xt Gigabyte B650 Ax Elite Good pc build? how shall i find a safe cooler for it?
Peerless assassin cooler or even a $20 cooler would work just fine. If you're a very tight budget, I recommend the 7600 non x version because it comes with a stock cooler and you can use the xtra cash to upgrade gpu to 7700xt
what differences between Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX and MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI? why do most people prefer Gigabyte, is it better? I would be very grateful if someone explains to me
Can someone tell me what is the difference between Deepcool LE720 and the Deepcool LS720?
I have a 4080 7800x3d but ive.just won a.giveaway pc build - 4090 14900k. Which one should I keep?
Wow lucky, you should keep the one with the 4090 definitely better and you should consider giving me the other one I’ve been trying to upgrade from my integrated graphics forever it really sucks out here
would a ryzen 7 7800x3d be good with the rx 7900 gre ??
Great combo!
If you’re making PC for gaming, I would say Swap 7800x3D with something like 7700X and upgrade GPU to RX 7900XT
@@thesilentassassin1167 oh ok thank you
Under 1 day also thanks I’m going to make a pc soon
There is also the nzxt kraken 360 and its $276 yes more than the Corsair but I have watched videos about both and the kraken makes the pc cooler
I want a pc that will get me 144fps stable on xdefiant when it comes out, any suggestions
Did a quick search and looks like the 3060 Ti will play it high settings at 1080p, around 200fps, 1440p around 144fps+. Couldn't find much about CPUs but I'd say a 12600k, ryzen 7600 or 5700x would all be safe options. It doesn't seem so demanding so my suggestions could be a little overkill. I checked a video that tried a few GPUs during the beta a year ago
There are some PC recommendations I cannot quite understand. For example recommending H150i as HIGH END AIO is just nuts, go with trinity performance, CR360 or LS720SE all cheaper and all better performance. As well as the Formula as HIGH End Mobo "with best overclocking sweets" is just wrong I would say. Instead of Formula get a Gigabyte X AX, wifi 7 elite or Maximus Encore which is definitely the best motherboard, next to Kingpin or maybe even Tachyon as well. But I doubt you can find a Kingpin, soooo just get Maximus Encore. RAM just get 6000 CL30-36, for Intel you could even go for 7200mts but make sure if you wanna overclock to get a mdie RAM, that is the best ramdie for overclocking. Good recommendations for PSUs but if you wanna have PCIE5 ATX3.0 PSU on the highend go for GF3, C Series or MSI MEG Ai 1300P for example.
Need some stuff below $100 for cpu $200 for gpu and $50 average for other peripherals
hate to ask such an awkward question. but any Cool Pink Functional PC Case with a animewaifu Painting.
What is the best GPU that you recommend for an $800 pc build?
If you can squeeze in a 4060 or RX 7600 that's going to provide the most power. 3060 and A750 also good shouts, but there are caveats attached
Why is the 14900k not future proof ?
why you sleep on the 6800, the best value gpu, same performance as the 7700xt + more vram at a cheeper price
You think i can build 7800x3d with 7800 xt? Man here in my country this 7900 gre is too expensive. Like 100$ less then 4070 ti super.
Thanks for your videos man, i discovered you recently and I love the style of your videos. Just copped a 7600 upgrade today because of your videos
No problem dude! Great choice :)
7900 gre or 7900 xtx
Why would you buy new parts now so close to new CPUs and new GPUs coming out?! The same parts must be cheaper very soon when all the new stuff comes out?!
I chose the 14700kf and 3080 ti, i play a game that requires lots of cpu power and it doesnt need much gpu power, so maybe this is ok? The cards that are better than the 3080 ti are too expensive for me so thats why i chose this gpu.
what game are you playing? i'm also focused on cpu intensive games, DCS: World and iRacing, upgraded the other week, on a 7800x3d for cpu and 4070ti super
it's a pretty small game, its called Stormworks: Build and Rescue, and my current pc (gtx 1650 and 10300H) runs pretty well on it, but when i load in a pretty big vehicle, the physics fps and game fps drops by alot. so that is why i chose the 14700kf for the game.
also i currently have £600, i need around 2k more to actually get the pc, so there might be better cpus and/or gpus when i save up 2k
@@23edjjjGaming you won't need 2k more for a 14700kf and a 3080ti, my pc is better than that and costed £1500 total
what, how is a 7800x3d and 4070ti super costing only 1500 in total. that's a lie or you have some very powerful coupons
Montevh kind pro 95 is still hands down the best case at the moment jn my opinion
Very very good point. Absolutely love this chassis :)
Me looking at this video after I bought a 5600x and 7700xt (I've been using a Ryzen 5 1600 and GTX 1060 for 6+ years)
There is alot of sense in this video but seems ''influenced'' by product suppliers too much
Hi hows your day
Why is the midrange case more expensive than the high end case?💀
Great vid of course 😁
Because you gotch to pay those Corsair taxes.personally I would go to antec c5 or nzxt H6 flow instead of Corsair 2500d
W vid 😊
Why is everything in dollars?
Because unfortunately I can't feature every currency and the bulk of my audience is US. Just trying to provide some guideline pricing :)
Why does this feel like a paid ad for these products!
It isn’t. Sorry if it felt that way.
Hola amigo una consulta un tengo un ryzen 5 7600x podra bien con una rtx 4090 en 1440p??? Yo juego shother como call of duty warzone
