I was thinking it should have a cover of some kind that would have to be closed in order for it to operate. Reminds me of a print shop paper cutter (cuts phone book thick stacks at once) and it had two handles on either side that both had to be pulled to bring the blade down to ensure your hands were not under it.

I was thinking it should have a cover of some kind that would have to be closed in order for it to operate. Reminds me of a print shop paper cutter (cuts phone book thick stacks at once) and it had two handles on either side that both had to be pulled to bring the blade down to ensure your hands were not under it.
