As an extra comment; the pearl noise would be great as a sharp noise, almost like a sword being draw from a sheath would be awesome and distinct
The peak opener is one of my favourite ever guns in any BL game, I would love to see how it would work in BL3
I’d like to see a return of the torgue token idea. If I’m farming a boss for his uniques I’d like to get a couple tokens every time I kill that enemy. And somewhere else in the game would let me trade those in for the unique item I’m looking for. Sort of a “sorry you didn’t get it this time but if you do this enough you’ll just be able to buy it”. Ideally 5 to 10 kills would give me enough to go buy it from a special vendor.
They did basically this exact thing with Wonderlands and the Bunny room.....

I'd love to see a Destiny weapon added into the mod, one of my favorite exotics of all time is the Vex Mythoclast. So here's my pitch: -a maliwan sniper rifle that fires like a vladoff assault rifle. - It does fire damage - so people won't have to worry about the ammo economy, I would do a COV overheating mechanic so that you still need to "reload it". - It does somewhere between assault rifle and sniper damage. - It also has an alternate slower firing mode that makes it shoot high impact sniper laser projectiles that do more damage than a normal sniper. - in order to keep it from being too broken, I'd either limit the amount of shots you can shoot per alt fire mode, or, if you kill X amount of enemies, you charge up the alt fire mode, no limit on the projectiles in the mag. Name would be: Fatebreaker Flavor text would be: -"Bind yourself to me. And if you abandon your purpose, let the Vault consume you, as it consumed me..." (In reference to the last words of Kabr the Legionless, the Titan who perished in the Vault of Glass, and mentioning a "vault" would play into the Borderlands universe thematically as we could assume it's a weapon that came from a mysterious legendary Vault Hunter !). I dunno if you'll see this, but it felt great writing all this down. Love your stuff dude. 😊
I would love to see a Destiny 2 exotic as a pearl.
Gjallarhorn, Thorn, Ace of Spades, Risk Runner, Whisper of the Worm, Quicksilver Storm, Devils Ruin, Bad Juju, Sunshot, Dead Mans Tale. So many options and a lot are probably doable.
I got addicted to destiny 2 last year and i spent way to much money lol i basically got scammed by a AAA game but ace of spades is fucking fire
As a console player they NEED to bring back pearlesant items in bl4! And take a take a serious look at what the moding community is doing! They have amazing ideas that gearbox should implement

I'd love to see the rocket launcher from Ultrakill. The gun could have 2 firing modes, one normal and one where the projectiles are "stuck in time" and barely moving, then only unfreezing after a reload or something like that (perhaps with a damage bonus for hitting the target with multipe "time stuck/frozen" rockets at the same time).
Pearl COMs would be cool. Maybe just a capstone or skill that hasn’t been used yet. Maybe ricochet on amara or something
Here's an Atomic Heart inspired gun: Zvjezdochka is a melee weapon that when fully upgraded can shoot its 2 saws on a chain that you can control, and I always liked the idea of the Sawbar, but never found it useful enough. If you see the idea as good enough, a golden saw shooting assault rifle [with possibly boomerang type trajectory that pierces the enemies twice] would be a pretty fun thing! Tho it can be redesigned to be any other gun, not necessarily an AH reference xD

torgue rocket launcher-the ground breaker: fires a burrowing rocket that will burst from the ground jumping up and smacking the ground multiple times, the rocket when jumping up counts as a projectile that when it smacks down does a large explosion vladof assault rifle-bullet hell: every time a target is hit, the rifle spawns either a elemental puddle, a target seeking rocket, or a grenade identical to the players own jacobs pistol-exponential crit: every crit doubles the damage from the last but if the target is missed, the player reloads, or swaps weapons, it resets hyperion smg-phalanx formation: every 5 shots while aiming down sights sends a large energy wall down range, a large amount of melee damage and transfers player shield effect to the wall(the wall acts as if it has zero shield) dahl sniper- event sequence: optic 1- fires all elements in a repeating sequence which will increase the chance for element chance by 5% and increase DOT damage by 10% for every time the sequence is repeated. optic 2- by killing a target in this optic mode it increases damage by 50% for 30 seconds tediore grenade- MAD: bounces making a nukem explosion as it travels, summons 2 grenades parallel to its explosion that do the nukem explosion pangolin shield- return to sender: a shield with a massive capacity that when depleted, your next shot deals your shield x10 damage in a explosive shot, shield must fully recharge and deplete to do it again
i think maybe a maliwan shield that does different spinning lasers doing different elements kinda like a 4 laser being 2 cryo, 2 acid

I think returning old Pearlscents are fine enough. The items could go out of wack if they are too much outside of the BL3 autentic feel. That said, BL3 needs good Hyperion sniper. I can imagine something like TPS Machine as Hyperion... With some way save the ammo consumption. Like Butcher but into ammo reserve. Other Thing I really wanted to see was Niddhog in any BL mod, but seems like people don't know how great it was. And one idea that I had in mind, but idk how Broken&hard to make it would be. Grenade(possibly Hyperion) that cause Slam effects - you can use Artifacts long range
i reckon a reskin of the hell walker, might sound silly but make it a frost element and the shooting pattern after a Crucifix maybe, doom guy did go to an interpretation of heaven in doom eternal so maybe something themed after that OR you could add the Unmaker or ballista
Make a pearl version of the bekah but with the opposite effect 3 rounds fire and then converge into 1(just de spawn the first 3 projectiles and spawn a 4th after some time) the 4th projectile would deal boonus crit damage and equivalent damage to 2 of the other projectiles and make em unlisted this would make for a weird masher time gun that would have more use close range and it could be called the hakeb or the 1in3
My idea for a pearl would be a new incarnation of the cobra. A low fire rate jakobs sniper which applies the sticky explosive rounds that most torgue weapons have access to, and ideally the ricochet shot on crit is also able to apply a sticky round to a nearby target.
You heard of the Headsplosion? It's literally what you just described, part for part minus the badass skin it had in BL1
@@Rosa_0000 The headsplosion does splash damage on impact. I'm talking about a sniper that lays down torgue sticky rounds like you see on stuff like the redline. The general idea being that you can target a big enemy and plant a bunch of stickies on their head, have stickies ricochet onto the smaller enemies nearby, and then reload to blow everything up in one go.

Would love to have a Vladof mini gun with three bullets per shot. Similar to shreddifier but maybe one or two bullets out of the three is elemental..or get crazy and do two elements and the third a different element. IE - two fire and one shock

Pearl idea: Explosive (only?) grenade mod but instead of throwing it, its a nova. If its possible, give it Krieg's Light the Fuse second wind part of the skill as the special ability.

I got two things to say; 1) You are like the only reason I still touch BL3 every now and than. Both with videos reminding me of this games charm and the Redux mod making the game more interactive and fun. 2) A cool gun, and a gun that I personally miss being good, is the Shrieking Devil. There was a niche build on Amara that I loved to death (it was basically spiritual driver + radiation shrieking devil + red suit). I personally feel like a gun that is essentially the Shrieking Devil, but no self damage and larger radius, would make a pretty neat pearl. To make up for the lack of self damage, it would probably need to be on a gun type with limited ammo capacity, like a rocket launcher.

absolute zero from the presequel - cryo only continuous maliwan beam, low magazine size, significaly increased base damage and cryo efficiency, continuous firing increases damage even further
