  • I'm enjoying this so much 🙏🙂 after a stressful week getting in the cozy knitting vibe with your new podcast before my "Anti burnout knitting" online meeting getting started ❤ I wish I knitted than when I was pregnant. Now my little boy is almost 12 years old and making jokes about my knitting and yarn addictions 😂I really like how you're talking about your babygirl, the knits you did for her and you both growing in the role of a little family. I'm really happy for you🙏🧡💐

  • I love "knitter's math," where yarn becomes free once its in the stash! ♥ You Fjaere genser is stunning! The colors and color work are beautiful! And thank you for sharing the Camelia sweater you've made for Nellie. It is beautiful and I'm excited to see the adult version too. I just finished a stockinette cardigan, and have started on a rich red raglan for a winter pop of color. I'm also starting on some gift knitting - a cowl, a hat, and I think some mitts or socks. I clearly need to get busy! Thank you for another lovely episode!

  • Hi Inga. Another great episode! I love your knitter’s math. I so agree and it means I could knit and gift for the rest of my life for free!!😂😂 But let’s be honest, there’s no chance that I’m never going to buy any more yarn!!! 🤣🤪😊

  • Dearest Inga, You inspired me to make the Talvenin sweater when you were knitting yours. My first attempt at colourwork and I am affraid it does not look as beautiful as yours.TENSION ! But still wearable😅 You are a delight to watch. When you were talking about the camelia sweater I was picturing the three of you walking in the snow wearing the same sweater♥️

  • I’m making A Friend to Knit With Friendly Golf Club Covers by Leslie Friend. I made my son some for his birthday and all the golfers loved it so I’m making one for husband and family for Xmas gifts-I put their initials on one side they love it!

  • Delighted to follow along as you create more gorgeous garments. Regarding your splendid thrift shop sweater and the elbow which requires some mending, I just happened to watch Fraoch Knits Episode 9 in which the knitter has to mend a Stor Stormur sweater, pattern by Meiju Knits. Personally I very much like the way her knit patches look on the sweater and would consider purposely doing this to one of my garments. If interested in watching the podcast, you can skip ahead to the 41 minute mark to see what I am referring to. Gift knits for girls/women, my suggestion is the Green Forest Cabled Headband by Renate Ridley. They are positively lovely in my opinion and a nice warm/stylish addition to be worn in the winter. Have a fun weekend.

  • Ooh I really like the way your genser from Rauma doesn’t merge the colour work across the raglan from body to sleeve. I’m going to hopefully remember this design element for future stripe-y style sweaters. Christmas… I usually would make fingerless gloves (my fav) or a hat or socks. This year I think I will take a break!

  • Hi Inga! I guess your daughter will learn to knit as in your family's tradition and to our joy as well! Maybe even sharing her wips and fos here on your channel! I know, I'm too in the future now but time does pass very fast... ;) I can't ever use a pattern it's off to my "understanding". I never had anyone to teach me even though is in our culture, probably left by the Celts, I guess. I had Very Pink Knits as my guide, like millions of knitters, even better! :)
