I am a sigma empath and I do my best to help others and also animals, I feel connected to every living thing including animals. am also a twin flame and other things (indigo child, star seed)and I know that I am one to help the humans and nature and animals.
I prayed for a coworker the other day and told God to take all pain away and i noticed he was walking around much better with way less pain.
The ability to feel emotions that are not mine has always been a weight on my shoulders but nothing could've prepared me for what I've been dealing with since March 2020. Knowing that politicians and the media are lying about pretty much everything day after day has really been hard. Listening to them tell us to do things that continue to harm and kill people every single day is almost more than I can handle. It's nearly impossible to take people that are so evil. They're knowingly lying to people, knowingly harming people and knowingly killing people. They aren't even trying to hide how evil they are. So many have died and continue to die while I have info that could save them but no way to get it to them. I wake up everyday knowing that more will die and there's nothing I can do to save them. That is the hardest thing to deal with, I see what's coming but can't stop it.
You can pray to God, prayer is powerful. 🙏
The dangers on the small scale, ie. in ones immediate environment and closest relationships, are just as real and even more devastating. You do have direct influence in that, so please use your awareness to warn people of destructive escapades with wolves in sheeps clothing that can easily be avoided. As the consequences of letting something evil run its course are greater than anyone could ever imagine from the outset - and all end up regretting in the end. Total waste of time - and health & sanity!

A blessing but a curse in a broken world ruled by Satan...for now. That's why we can't stand crowds. Fake people I find makes me physically ill. While dark hearted people not only makes me feel ill, but gives me the shivers. Good hearted, suffering people make me want to cry and I have a strong drive to find the source of the pain and address it immediately but gently (if allowed) and I feel a sharp pain in my heart, and strangely a pang of nerve pain down my right pinky of all places. Feels like a transfer of energy, give and take to me. It draws both good and bad energy to us. The pinky thing always confused me. Also, people really want to talk to you all the time so you wind up exhausted if you don't allow yourself to retreat and rest. Anyone else feel this? As a devout Christian I need to say Jesus was not just a Chosen, or just a healer, He was the Son of God (Though often called the Son of Man in the Bible as well since he was in the flesh, born of the flesh and the Spirit) To set My Belief and Truth straight. Video creator, if you are going to bring Jesus up in the video and talk about the Divine give Him and the Father the Holy RESPECT warranted or have the respect at least not to talk about Him. Wow. Great stuff! I find myself prioritizing the emotional and physical stability of others over my own. As a Sigma personality type, I cant help it. Even when I dont FEEL like being helpful; still, i refuse to be hurtful in any given situation. This causes people to take my kindness as weakness. This empathy we Sigma Empaths have is a blessing and a curse.
I have helped thousands of people around the world, even living in one country and saving someone's life in another country. It was through my actions is why she is alive today.

I had no idea, I've been on this path. I've been struggling to find my place in this world, jumping from career to career, having difficulty creating financial stability , I've always felt weighted down by something but at the same time, since I was born have had this deep love for everyone and everything but it was always accompanied by deep fear. iv always thought of myself as an empath's empath i have suffered this all my life lately i have grown a hate inside me that has blocked me from forgiveness,or compassion for some pretty harsh human or in human persons . im in a battle and have fallen into solitude to understand how to reground myself in search of my own emotions

Be careful, when i massage a persons pain i usually pick it up in the same spot on me, i dont know how to not make that happen, i dont even know, how i know how to massage correctly because ive never been taught but by mentally visualising MY muscles in my mind i know what to do with my hands for the certain area. i only do it for family though because its worth it
I've walked this lonely path a long time, and as an empath, I can no longer do this. I'm a warrior with no one to save. I've never understood nor have I been understood by these people on our Gaia. I've come to believe there is no hope. Until these people change nothing changes. Everyday more death, more killing and more lies. I do not want to be here anymore. I have so much to give. I have some much power to offer but yet we are always met with wait till tomorrow, soon divine intervention will happen, and yet everyday we grow closer to global thermonuclear war. And my reward is enlightenment. I get to sit on a mountain and slip into insanity. My purpose was to help these people yet I have no power to anything but watch our children being exploited and sold as trash. I see Gaia destoryed by the ignorant. They have no right to destory our planet, yet they go unabated, So, I ask you witch. Why? I see no point to any of this. I have no interest in righting old wrongs. I want to live free amongst loving light sharing collective souls. I live here in the 3D land. I can't fake this 5D reality nor this ascension. There's no point in any of this. Just simply suffering. I'm so tired. I'm so tired and so tired of hearing help is on its way. I'm strong but not for this. It never ends and they won't take away my empathic ability or give me tools to help. So I'm done. I almost killed myself because i couldn't take the thought of being alone and a failure in a broken world 😢little did i know it was the other way around. They are broken and evil i am precious i am a light in the darkness 😊❤i am always getting weird looks directed towards me ever since getting out of the hospital last year. I was hospitalized because i was hurting myself i was upset i couldn't breathe i was angry anxious. I am definitely different from the world but people were ignoring me when i needed help the most. I am choosing now to ignore them they Do not realize they are hurting me or themselves. I love them even though they did that. I wish i could help them. I was approached by weird nurses they all had white or blonde hair and green eyes. Why were they all the same looking 🤔 i was creeped out by it they said they were going to fix me because i had hurt myself and was dying but i didn't remember hurting myself. I definitely am special even though my parents my brother ignore me. I am not of this family i am of a heavenly family ❤😊
