  • The terracotta bust of the young girl/woman looks very like the death mask of a young girl/woman who drowned in the Seine in Paris in about 1880. The pathologist at the Paris morgue was so captivated by her beauty and sense of serenity and peace that he made a wax model/death mask .it turns out the pathologist wasn’t the only person captivated by her beauty and many people started to request a copy of the mask and kept it in their homes. When Peter Safar and Amundsen Laerdal were creating the first aid mannequin “Resusci Anne” they chose the Seine woman’s death mask as the face of the mannequin. As many thousands of these CPR mannequins have been made and used over the years the “L’Inconnue de la Seine” or “unknown woman of the Seine” has been dubbed the “most kissed woman in the world”.

  • Stephanie & Philip how do I begin to express my gratitude to you for taking us all, myself in particular, EVERYWHERE you travel! When I was a young woman I dreamt of traveling in Britain and Europe, in particular, but also world wide. I studied two languages ( French form 1st grade for 8 years, and two years of Spanish). I would have studied more languages if it had been possible. My life did not move forward with my dreams. My family life whilst growing up was fraught with upheaval so I sought a safe harbor and my dreams took a back seat. Now, decades later, I may only see glimpses of the places I would have loved to visit, but it is a precious gift of which the significance for me cannot be measured. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for ALL your hard work! Filming everywhere, editing and everything else involved it brings my frustrated heart such JOY! Immeasurable JOY! 💕👏🌷

  • Nice trip! Anna and Phillips Chateau is really lovely. I absolutely loved the little bunnies with the adorable clothes that you gave the girls. I am a huge bunny fan, they were my very first pet. My Papa (Grandfather) gave me a pair of twin baby black bunnies when I was 3 or 4 years old. I don't know what breed they were, but I loved them. Until very recently I had an adorable little black and white hot tot and lions-head mixed breed bunny named 'Peekaboo'. Sadly he died not long ago, and I miss him so much. I absolutely love animals and I got a big kick out seeing Lancelot so excited to see you both. It was so cute to watch him so exuberantly happy that he was jumping on top of Stephanie's head. Great video guys, thanks.

They just need to curate what they have and start shopping in their own castle. Get rid of half of the china/glasses/pottery/knickknacks/vases/books and only keep the best of what they'll use.
