Jack, I’m so proud of you skating again!! I know I was up your ass to SKATE SKATE SKATE to get your mind off the bs you were going through!!! And you even added golf!!! Hell yes!!!! Proud of ya bud!! I know when I was going through my split (16 years) even though my illness didn’t allow me to ride and show horses anymore I tried to keep myself busy giving riding lessons to kids!!! It helped!!!A But unfortunately I’m too sick to work a job anymore. Going from working two jobs for years was heartbreaking to me. Like I told you my ex and are close friends, and I was late to the live tonight because he took me out to dinner. Most people can’t be friends with their ex, like you said “ there’s no damn way I can be friends with her” it works for us. Probably because neither one of us are dating other people!!! I just didn’t think it was fair of me to hold him back from life because I couldn’t live it. Toughest thing I ever had to do. And I’m still in love with him, probably always will be.

I feel for you man…My dad in FL had dementia. I tried everything to care for him for 14 years . He was taken advantage of and had a family take over all his accounts, isolate him from his real family, convince him they were his carers, took also his property and land and transferred it into their name illegally…they got all our joint and trust investment accounts we worked hard to build together too… the police, state, HHS were not interested until he was found dead from suspicious circumstances after his millions were gone. Then they covered it all up. I ended up leaving the country, I couldn’t believe what happened.
Money changes everything.? I've watched family's including my own torn apart over money and Inheritance. I walked away. I'll make my own money without any strings attached. Haven't spoken to them in 15yrs. Family is those who stick with you through tough times. Blood means nothing.!

Sorry My kid works and he is responsible to chip in to household expenses He is being taught to realistically save and spend in a crappy economy. Anything less I think you are setting them up to failure in an economy that doesn’t exist. Life is difficult and if as a parent you don’t help them cope with reality you’re doing them no favors. Too many of my friends are being ridiculous easy on their kids… if anything changes these kids are screwed not knowing how to survive.
totally agree with you. But when the system in place is designed to wreck the middle class, some people would rather right for a change instead of fighting to just survive because of the ruling elites. Either way, too many of our youth play victim. which will NEVER fix anything.

I just came from Europe. The cost of energy is so high that I was cold for like one month. It’s not what you think. Opportunity to advance. There may be good if you work with the Internet, but getting a record job over there and some of the countries you must be a citizen and go through so much studying. Here in America we just do what we need to do to survive, it’s hard but it’s better to have that option. Bless.
