Belgian synthpop pioneers Telex formed in 1978 and are possibly best known to a wider audience for their Eurovision Song Contest contribution "Euro-Vision" in 1980 which ended up in 17th place out of the 19 entries. The band consisted of Dan Lacksman, Michel Moers and Marc Moulin. "Tell Me It's A Dream" was the first single taken off their fourth album "Wonderful World". This is the original 7" version of the song which is different from the version that appeared on the album. The single was released by WEA (24-9596-7) in 1983.
