  • Granted Brock vs Overeem was a juicer's fight but for some reason I had grown to like the new humble Brock and I would've liked him to win. I think it's very unfortunate that Brock was robbed of his health and dominant athleticism by this illness. This guy had huge potential if you consider what he was able to do while still being at the low end of the learning curve. Had he been healthy he would've likely become a monster...

    • @@travisonspot7295 Stupid Usada ruined his return, I don't care if he used streoids, everybody is on streoids, streoids doesn't give you striking or grappling skills, there are tons of bodybuilders, powerlifters, streoid monsters who tried mma, most of them ended up being bum fighters, Brock was an amateur wrestling champion at college, then he joined wwe, after 5 years of break, he started training mma at the age of 29, he beat two of greatest grappliers of all times Frank Mir and Randy Couture, he a beat Shane Carwin an undefeated streoid monster with amateur wrestling background and amazing knock out power, Brock had diverculties when he beat Shane, Brock could beat Alistair too, Alistair is a striker, Brock's grappling is too much for him, he kicked Brock where he had surgery

    • Slower? He became HW Champ in his 3rd UFC fight, then went on to beat Shane Carwin and avenge his loss to Frank Mir. He lost 3 times. First to Mir, who he was absolutely domninating. He then lost to one of the greatest HW of all time in Cain and then he lost to Uber-Reem. Brock has had an amazing UFC career considering the people he has fought and in 2019, hes gonna become the HW Champ again after defeating DC! This should hopefully setup Brock V Jones

  • Brock is a gentleman and very humble. He is anti social and reclusive in his personal life, but there are alot of people that are. Diverticulitis changed his career and cut his UFC career short. Regardless of his conditioning. I had a similar disease and I train, but eating and endurance are issues that come along with it.

  • I thought it was a good interview and it was going well up until the end when Brock decided to end it. Brock was a UFC and WWE headliner, so of course Ariel is going to have a lot of questions because there's so much to talk about with someone in Brock's position. The interview was a bit long, but it wasn't one of those rambling Larry Merchant-style interviews that goes on for days.

  • You are correct with that! i agree that would have been a different fight and I'm not going to try and speculate how it would have ended because who knows! point is, i don't feel that Brock was on thee same level that he used to be (maybe due to the surgery or maybe mental distractions such as WWE offers) but on that same note i dont really see anyone anyone that is competing at this level of professional athletics consciously throwing a fight like this

On another note, had Brock been conditioning for years, doing situps, crunches, standard Martial Arts exercises, he wouldn't of been so hurt by those strikes.
