  • you would think a series where a character usually has infinite flight wouldnt have so many bottomless pit deaths.

    • You'd think that. But sometimes it happens lol. I know my many pit deaths were caused by having a full mouth at the wrong time. Kirby Lesson #53: Avoid leaping/falling with your mouth full.

  • I like how in the 3D games (Blowout Blast, Forgotten Land) you don't instantly die when falling into a bottomless pit, but rather you just take a big chunk of damage and get teleported to the last safe spot. Nifty little accessibility change for younger/casual players in the Z-axis.
