A lot of these GetID series seem aimed at homeowners with big budgets, leaning heavily on stuff like fancy carpentry, cool LED setups, and those trendy arches and limewash looks etc. They are great, but kind of repetitive and out of reach for many of us, especially for new homeowners.. How about mixing in some projects that play nice with tighter budgets? Say, showing us how to make a space look luxe for $30,000 to $50,000 without going all out on carpentry (Then again, the question here is, why must focus heavily on carpentry?). And what if we split the series by home type-like BTOs, resales, and landed properties? Budgets can swing a lot between those, and it’d be super helpful to see ideas tailored to each. Just a thought! I think by effectively narrowing and segmenting your series further (by audience), it becomes more relevant and relatable. It might also worth exploring the homeowner's journey in more depth, offering insights tailored to various stages of their experience. Instead of focusing solely on the higher-end market, expanding the series to encompass a broader spectrum of homeowners could add more value-unless, of course, catering exclusively to the upscale market is your business objectives. For example, the situation of a young BTO homeowner fresh out of university, in their early 20s. The prospect of affording a BTO renovation costing between $80,000 and $100,000 can seem really uncomfortable given the lack of spending power. Moreover, it's often the case that their first home won't be their forever home, especially considering the likelihood of selling it after meeting the MOP. This scenario underscores the importance of creating content that resonates with young homeowners navigating these initial stages, perhaps with tighter budgets. I believe this approach not only opens the door for interior designers to innovate within these constraints, potentially leading to more unique and personalised concepts, but it also shines a light on their problem-solving skills. This could be a great way to showcase the strengths of your interior designers if that's also one of your goals in the collaboration. Just a side note, I'm not entirely sure about the specific objectives and goals for your business, but I believe introducing more variety into the renovation series could be beneficial. Over time, it seems the series has a tendency to emphasise similar features, such as smart switches and LED lights, which are good-to-know. Diversifying the content might not only refresh the series but also better capture the wide range of interests and needs among your audience.
Appreciate your comment but these series are a nightmare to produce, with a lot of moving parts and often a 3-6 months duration of management plus ultimately, the owner of the house has to like the design. It’s not as simple as picking a random house and getting it done, there’s a lot factors in play! We are involved from the very start of discussion to the very end part of shooting and editing, we don’t just pick a random house to feature haha But yes, I get that you all want variety with all sorts of different budget, but juggling that with owner’s preference can be really hard! That being said, I’m excited to show you guys my house at the end of the year, because I deliberately reduced the use of carpentry! 🪚 so look forward to that!
@@overkillsingapore i don't quite think that is what OP meant. essentially, op is saying it would be nice if there could be a series where the budget is smaller (see: more relatable) instead of more 'high end', as are the ones that often appears in your series. that being said, one follows the other - if your clientele is higher end, their budget would naturally be higher. however it may not be easy to find young homeowners who can commit the 3-6 months process :)
@@ernestlow204 we do have a room series coming! Which means a makeover or reno for rooms under $5k - we are gonna pilot that soon and see if people like it! If yes then we will continue with that series and even come up with a styling series!
There's IKEA for people like that 🤣
I quite like the extravagant renos compared to the budget ones…
Justin can hold the show himself easily!! the attention to details and explaining them well
and his voicee 🔥🎙️
You guys produce the most stunning home tours! Thank you for shooting mine ❤
The energy of the video was just next level and draws the audience in. Love it
From a viewers perspective, it'll be great to show the floor plan every time you go into a new space. Nonetheless, great work!
I keep telling myself to do that but I keep forgetting! Will do it from next episode!
Congrats Justin , you deserve this crib . 🎉
most relaxing ep for Ryan. finally get to see Justin's dream house after hearing it for so long on the radio haha
Ryan works hard. He deserves some time to relax.
I must say this is one of the best reno houses !. I cant believe I watched it the entire videos without skipping. that show how great is the house and of course Ryan & Justin hosting area great as usual.
Appreciate it! Maybe one day when u get your house can get some inspiration from his!
Beautiful home Reno. Should have approach R&R back when I got my home keys.
For post reno cleaning, I would not suggest helpling as I did not have the cleanest home after they helped me. There were a lot of limitations on what they could clean which was not fully stated on their website.
Happy to see Justin's first home. Highly personalised designs that suit this couple.
Lovee the video, another great home tour. 🥰🥰
Keep up fhe good work....i enjoy it alot looking at the happy owners
not sure if the bed in the master bedroom is wise to place it that way, notice it kinda get in the way of the curtains, perhaps placing it on the adjacent will be better and free up a little space. Nice design and intro video overall!
Beautiful! Just one word.
Very nice house! It is perfect.
Wow nice deco!
Nice videography and presentation
Nice home and thanks for sharing the content and Lobangs!
Our pleasure! Thanks for the support!
Ryan how are you today ☺️ and I am Zack from Malaysia and I really like the video 📹
Wow im sold! The house is done so beautiful without a thing that i wldnt like. It makes me want to engage Ryan and team for my next house! Done so well! Good job to Ryan & Team. Justin showed his house so detailed and his voice is so soothing that i didnt realise that the video came so fast to an end 😢 Justin & wife both have good eyes in picking nice stuff too, you can see how everything in the hse just fits so nicely. And i am very interested where he buy his dustbin and towel heater 😅
Thank you for your kind words! shope.ee/6V0pEopOTS - towel heater shope.ee/9UeJK3z4pK - dustbin!
@@overkillsingapore thank you 😊 🙏🏻
I would love side series where they show how the owners clean their houses - coming from a very functional person xD
That'll be interesting haha!
I really love all the videos that you guys create, the content is absolutely amazing and interesting, always looking forward to more. Cheers to Ryan and his team!
Thankyou for showing your support! Means alot to our team!
Heated towels in the bathroom is like the ultimate luxury. 😂
Ikr!
Who did up the peg board? it looks really good and i want to do it for my house too.
So much better then food videos
Why do I get the sense people think that this house is designed by Ryan? He is only doing a video showcase here, nothing more. The actual ID is Wilson from Rezt and Relax
Very nice house Justin, thanks for sharing and congrats. A huge TV will make it even better, like a 98 inch OLED TV since a lot of time will be watching TV and playing games :)
Really tried, but anything more than 65" won't fit that wall 🥲
oh, that's a bump, feel sorry about it Justin@@MuttonsInTheMorning_
31:13 Justin just activated my Siri, any1 else?
Oooopsie 😬
HAHAHAH 😂
Nice Justin on the living hall ceiling light, but you will need a ladder high enough to clean in times to come ;}
Can share where Justin get the table at the red sofa there in the Study room?
DJ presents... really different... old bird is old bird
Bed positioning is questionable
The aircon right above the carpentry ..... watch out for aircon condensation that builds up on the surface of the wood... soon it’s gonna cause moulds 😢
Where is this place
What is the size and original number of bedrooms for this unit? Really beautiful house btw 🤩
Originally 4 bedroom!
Love the layout with high ceiling n view but not the comtempory , ID decor. .
How much roughly need to cost to make a walk in wardrobe this size with transparent door and lighting?
Hi, is it possible to advise where can we find the lattice foot stool/ottoman in living room? Thx
Those are poufs from Comfort Furniture!
@@MuttonsInTheMorning_ many thx
Hi! Possible to share where to get the towel heater? Thanks!

Any tips to get rid of formaldhyde fumes cos after reno, my sensitive eyes got badly infected
Try increasing the rate of ventilation in your home and use your exhaust fan as much as possible :))
Which brand is the bedroom ceiling fan from? Thank you ☺️
Its from bit.ly/OKBigAssFans ! :))
What's the link for the slimmest automatic mahjong table?
Hi there! Here it is! shope.ee/6zx1MZm6HU
Hi Justin, where to get the auto mj table?
shope.ee/8KSOx5WTJ3
Celing looks more then 4.6 meter leh, seems like 6.6 meter!
title should have been called "Get ID takeover by Justin Ang" 😅
exactly, I think its a bit of a overdrive and overkill ! He must have memorise the script, 2nd part ...literally no need for Bryan !
Usually me (Ryan) will do the general areas, I don’t think it’s nice of me to do more personal areas like rooms and toilet so I’ll leave for the host to do it (besides, there’s also space constraints) so usually I won’t be around for 2nd part haha
You guys featured lemondfridge ID before, and I took them to do my house. And it was a nightmare.
may i know what happened?
The projects we did w them were good. Till today everyone that walks into my office thinks it’s beautiful and it was done with lemonfridge! I still standby them but I’m not gonna expect every project they do is gonna be perfect. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but like I cannot invalidate your bad experience, u shouldn’t invalidate my good experience too The projects we featured on our video is exactly what you see. And we also let our guest be very transparent and honest about the hiccups they faced. I hope your comment isn’t coming from an angle that you are blaming us for showing you what we had done w them, ultimately you have to do your research and make sure you find someone that understands what you want and able to communicate with you effectively. All we doing here is just to show you what we had done with our guests, ID and vendors, you then can make your own informed research and make best use of the offers we have to aid you with your renovation journey!
@@overkillsingapore agreed, well said!
Diff btw sponsored video and paying😂
Where to buy the arrow sign at the autodoor?
Hihi! Justin bought it from Lazada a long time ago ~
very bad feng shui to sleep facing television and headboard facing windows :(
Im more curious on the BTS because he can be the host now... Ryan can just relax and stand aside. HAHAHAHAHA
You know he DJ when he cannot stop talking. Ryan dont even need to talk
Curious what brand is the skinniest electronic mahjong table. 🤔
Here it is! shope.ee/6zx1MZm6HU
Hur??? Beautiful view? KNN seeing all the HDB’s and dirty rooftop 🤣 🤦♂️

Didn't know our DJs are so rich😂😅
