Indian Chicken Korma 🥘 I Have Never Tasted Anything More Delicious Than This Food 😋 Renew Your Eating 👌
✅ Ingredients as added
✅ To prepare the onion mixture
2 tablespoons oil
2 medium onions wings
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup of water
✅ To prepare the yogurt mixture
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon hot sauce or paprika
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon chicken masala or chicken spices
✅ Preparing chicken
3 tablespoons oil
5 cardamom pods
5 cloves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
½ kilo chicken breasts, medium cubes
Salt, to taste
½ cup of water
A pinch of coriander
🌹 Indian chicken korma, I have never tasted any tastier than this food, try eating again 🌹
How to prepare:
1. Heat the pan and add two tablespoons of oil.
2. Add the chopped onions and stir for 4 minutes or until golden.
3. Remove the onions from the heat and put them on a plate aside.
4. Place the roasted onions in the blender with the cashews and water, and grind them until you obtain a smooth mixture.
5. In another bowl, mix yogurt, hot chili, turmeric, coriander and chicken spices.
6. Add the onion mixture and ground cashews to the mixed yogurt, and stir the ingredients until combined.
7. Heat the pan again and add 3 tablespoons of oil.
8. Add the cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, bay leaf and cinnamon to the hot oil, and stir for a minute until they emit a beautiful aroma.
9. Add the minced garlic and minced ginger, and stir the ingredients for half a minute until the garlic and ginger smell emanates.
10. Add the chopped chicken pieces to the pan, and stir regularly until the chicken is cooked, golden, and completely cooked.
11. Add the yogurt mixture, onion mixture, and cashews to the pan, and stir the ingredients well.
12. You can add salt as desired.
13. Leave the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes.
14. After 5 minutes, stir the ingredients again.
15. Add half a cup of water, and leave it on low heat for 15 minutes.
16. After 15 minutes, the Indian chicken korma will be ready.
🌷 Sprinkle the chopped coriander over it for garnish, then serve it with rice or bread.
