    • You can check below points (if needed you can add or remove some points) The human lungs are a pair of vital organs responsible for the process of respiration, which involves the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between the body and the environment. Here's a simplified explanation of how they work: 1. Breathing In (Inhalation): - When you inhale, the diaphragm (a dome-shaped muscle below your lungs) contracts and moves downward. - The rib muscles also contract, causing your ribcage to expand. - These actions increase the volume of your chest cavity, which decreases the air pressure inside your lungs. - As a result, air from the environment rushes into your lungs through your nose or mouth, following the pressure gradient. 2. Oxygen Exchange: - Once air enters your lungs, it travels through a branching network of tubes called bronchi and bronchioles until it reaches tiny air sacs called alveoli. - The walls of the alveoli are incredibly thin and lined with tiny blood vessels called capillaries. - Oxygen in the air passes through the thin alveolar walls into the bloodstream, where it binds to red blood cells, which transport it to cells throughout the body. 3. Carbon Dioxide Removal: - At the same time, carbon dioxide (a waste product produced by cells) diffuses from the bloodstream into the alveoli. - From there, you exhale the carbon dioxide back into the environment when you breathe out. 4. Breathing Out (Exhalation): - Exhalation is a passive process in which the diaphragm and rib muscles relax. - This reduces the volume of the chest cavity, increasing the air pressure inside your lungs. - As a result, air rich in carbon dioxide is pushed out of your lungs and expelled from your nose or mouth. 5. Oxygen Transport: - Oxygen-rich blood is pumped by the heart to various tissues and organs. - Cells in your body use oxygen for various metabolic processes, including energy production. This continuous process of inhaling oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide is essential for sustaining life. The respiratory system ensures that your body receives the oxygen it needs while removing waste carbon dioxide, helping to maintain a balance in the levels of gases in your bloodstream.

    • You can use tissue paper with glue.( but masking tape is easy and affordable you can get it from hardware store)

    • Thank you for your query, in this project, i used balloon 🎈 that we normally use in birthday decoration, I used syringe 💉 to inflate the balloon so air quantity will remain same as syringe size.
