It's fucking crazy how a Live UFC event can go from fight to fight seamlessly but Power Slap takes 15+ minutes in between each pair of dudes slapping each other. Ridiculous.

And Muniz Flinched twice causing Debow to club! Poor old Debow doesn't flinch a bit and gets pummelled severely. You are never gunna get this sport even if people flinch and pivot feet. They need electronic sensor on the floor to detect weight shift, and cameras to detect Flinching.
I feel that if this sport is to really stick around the rules have to be much more consistently interpreted, and the penalty for infraction much more severe. It just seems like there's a logical strategy to take a penalty early to deal big damage and a huge, and unfair advantage. With rule interpretation, they are obviously making use of instant replay, so there is no excuse for a lack of consistency.

if you check the recap of round 1 muniz should technically get a stepping foul there as well, he almost does the exact same movement with his feet as he did on 3rd round, and the most F-up thing is Young gets a stepping foul and he barely moved his feet compared to Muniz.

Frost had a Pivot and Foot lift that cold kicked Gaspar-Diaz. Full Slow-Mo Review should be compulsory for every knockout.
Waylon Frost wasn't just stepping he was full on squashing the bug! Of course he had all that power he pivoted off of his right foot. They really need to enforce the rules.

Muniz knows how to slightly lean into the slap to cause a clubbing. That tiny lean into brace for the slap is a huge advantage and completely changes the dynamic of the impact. Da Crazy Hawaiian does the same thing, its why his and Muniz head rarely gets moved. All it takes for a clubbing is to be off the mark 1-2 inches and Muniz leans/flinches at the perfect moment. The destroyer has timed it perfectly to roll with the slap, he flinches at the very last moment away from the slap and rolls with it so the judges cant call it; Interesting technique.

Dana got to watch some of these videos. Almost every fighter lift either their hill, or toes during a swing. Money and belts on the line think they do a better job watching for that. Slight lift of the feet can produce some power.

what happened to Darius... I think the main thing he had was that he could take shots like nothing... but its interesting to see that he had or has a tactic for it which shows with the slow motion replays.... something Slapfight didnt have... the Original fight with Wolverine at Slapfight elevated Darius to legend status... its dissapointing to see he hasnt evolved... Maybe hewas injured or something... who knows...

I minor infraction of stepping? Is that like a minor infraction of sexual penetration? FFS, you nail the bloody shoes to the floor, then strap their feet into the shoes. Then if they wanna pivot, rotate, lift, etc... they snap their own freakin ankles. Then if they wear Blackout Goggles with spikes, it will stop flinching & teach everyone to slap the face, not the eyes.
