I think I am not younger than you. I know this series and know that the guy has two robot legs and a robot arm, but between the robot arm and the robot legs is a human body that is no more resilient than a human body. Even if the guy had the strength and resilience to overturn the car, he would have had to take a different posture since he weights less than a car. Then as now screenwriters do not seek advice from physicists.
