The idea of not cutting it out completely, just cutting back a meal or 2 a week and that making a difference, I think is just so wonderful.   • Yes she's right when at the end she says, "water just makes it worse" however what she may not know is that almond milk also doesn't do much. The milk has to be from an animal because only animal milk contains casein. Casein is effective at seperating capsaicin from your mouth.
