Preparation of;
First, let's take 3 cups of milk and 2 cups of granulated sugar in a small pot. Let's heat it until the sugar melts. There is no need to boil the syrup, just melting the sugar will be enough.
Let's melt the butter by taking 100 g of butter and 1 tea glass of oil in a deep pan.
Then let's add 2 cups of flour. Let's roast it over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the flour changes color. You should roast 2 cups of flour for 15 minutes. If you are going to make half batches, roasting for 10 minutes will be enough.
After our flour is roasted well, let's add 1 tea glass of crushed walnuts. Let's fry for a minute or two more.
