Thanks a lot Guru Maan jee.. Since last 4-5 months was suffering from the golfer elbow (which I came to know after watching this video).. Exercises which ubhave mentioned in this video are really helping me since last last night have started exercises n pain is decreased in huge amount.. Will continue these exercises .... @@thanos-sh1xi mein bolunga take a break frm the gym for one or two days...ar apna proper nutrition lo...like eggs, chicken, beans etc etc ...Agr phir v pain nai jaa rha h to u should consult a doctor(only if the pain is unbearable). Ar agr aap gym jate v ho kal....free hand hi Krna with moderate amount of stretching. Aaap k joints ko kholne me madat krenge. And panic krne ki koi baat nai hai esb beginning me hota hai....in fact meko ite saal hogye par phir v I have hurt my back yesterday during deadlift.

It's because u place ur elbows right towards the ceiling bro. That is 90 degree. Simply elongate ur shoulders and let the elbows go a little down. U will have two great benefits out of it. First is no pain because earlier ur elbow joints were having the tension instead of muscles and second benefit is that ur tricep muscle will be in more tension, hence more growth in that muscle. Try this. It will work for sure. All the best

@@tusharsolanki602 as far i remember it was only for a week or so I remember i stretched my arms gently and took sm days off from workout . I know it is painfull...at that moment i literally thought my mussle tissue got twisted.

Ar agr aap gym jate v ho kal....free hand hi Krna with moderate amount of stretching. Aaap k joints ko kholne me madat krenge. And panic krne ki koi baat nai hai esb beginning me hota hai....in fact meko ite saal hogye par phir v I have hurt my back yesterday during deadlift.

It's because u place ur elbows right towards the ceiling bro. That is 90 degree. Simply elongate ur shoulders and let the elbows go a little down. U will have two great benefits out of it. First is no pain because earlier ur elbow joints were having the tension instead of muscles and second benefit is that ur tricep muscle will be in more tension, hence more growth in that muscle. Try this. It will work for sure. All the best
