Even if i turn out as a failure, i died trying. I died trying to make myself better day by day, building everything of from the ground up. I dont mind failing because failing for me is getting up again, trying again untill i succeed.

Was 165kg.. (Obese level 3) Trained like an mf for 6 months and am now 115 and looking pretty good. (195cm tall) At age 49 it was time to make a change. If I can do it then everyone can do it. And it was videos like this that made me strong. So keep making them little brother.

Yeah it’s not what it’s made out to be I have got girls who love it but not everyone of them like it. A lot of it is people thinking getting jacked will fix their issues its such a meaningless thing really

The girls ain't sweating you when you take your shirt off because your physique doesn't stand out. Going to the gym, putting on a bit of muscle and burning a bit of fat is nothing to twist your head over. Everyone is doing it. Not that I disagree with your message anyway. Muscles don't pay the bills and don't make you an interesting person to stick around. There is certainly more to being a man than it. But a truly impressive physique is a cheat code and there are plenty of videos on KZhead showing how women go haywire over one. You can also confirm this by befriending the Chad in your gym and seeing how easy his dating life is. There are even studies about Tinder showing how the fit guys usually take all the women. But it takes years of consistent progress and some guys will never even get there without PEDs if we are foreal.

Yeah i 100% agree that having a nice physique is a cheat code to a lot of different aspects. the point is that as you said, it doesn’t pay the bills or it doesn’t attract a high value woman because it’s a bonus for them. what they need is a strong dependable man who has his shit together
