The ending is very clear. They hug each other and admit that they miss each other. Wonjun has admitted that he did wrong, that he should have fought for them. They love each other. This is the equivalent of Donna admitting she did wrong, now it's Wonjun's turn to repent. Both times they reunite again, even now. I was curious about those seemingly future flashes. I guess it turns out they deleted the end of that scene, and it was their final kiss/breakup.

In the manhwa they actually talk about their babies, especially Joon. They wanted a daughter and Joon want it to be beautiful as her mother so he'll be naming it Twona or Doona the second lol.
