I head out for my second morning of goose hunting with Cory knowing its going to be an exciting morning. We set up mid morning and it doesn't take long for the feeding geese to come back to water making for another great hunt!

Nice video and recipe. Two tips on the jerky. One, add some cure just in case you won't always be eating it right out of the fridge. Second, I'd suggest putting the breasts in the freezer for 45 minutes or so as it slices so much more evenly when it's a bit stiff.
