I installed an AMG exhaust that had been sitting in dirt for two years using cheap auto store parts. I did say this was a budget build after all.

I did the same mod to my car, we both have the exact same model. You have to remove the resonators, it'll sound like a beast!!
Mars Jpeg Okay guys today I was at the wrecking yard and came across a w220 s55 amg with its full quad exhaust still intact. They want FORTY BUCKS for the full system! I'm picking it up tomorrow to either sale or......put it on my 2002 W203 c320? Lol My question is, is it possible to put it on the c320? Obviously I'll need to modify the spare tire well, I don't use it because it didn't have a spare when I bought it and also use some exhaust adapters to meet the front section with the back section...but is it possible to basically "plug and play" ? The have a similar body style except for the front end. Also can I mount the side skirts as well as the rear bumper? Thank you so much for your advice in advance!!

@@elomeli211 I know it’s been 4 years. But you should have taken the whole thing. If not to preserve it at least for the parts value. And 40 bucks for an S55 AMG exhaust is ridiculous luck. Over here in Germany they cost 800 and up. I've been looking for ages too

How can you not stop what your doing to watch this. My man swaps his s class exhaust for an AMG from the junkyard. Hey Tavarish if you ever move to GA I would be at your house daily. I now know there's someone out there that loves cars as much as I do.

Go to the Home Depot and get a roll of Lincoln flux core wire. You'll see a big improvement in your welds.

Guys I sorted it out.The exhaust was worth $3000 and the suspension on his aston was from a junkyard and his sl55 was worth $20 but the sbc machine cost him $8.900

I have a sport package s430, I'm looking to do this on my car, the problem is the my bumper doesn't have the cutouts like the amg bumper does, do you think I should just cut it?

Lower the exhaust tips in the rear, allow tolerance for when you're hitting bumps, etc or else the rear bumper will eventually melt a bit from rubbing on the tips.
Best part is when I noticed the Salik Tag on your wind shield. Its from Dubai RTA XD
tips on welding you need to keep the welding wire on the pipe then make tiny circular motions as you go around the seem of the pipe n

Nice to see the ultimate daily driver getting an update. Wonder what the next mod will be.
Great "Mock-up" ; it works and sounds great. Now, lets deal with those "welds" and clamp-fest! If you don't have a welder, take the pipes off in one piece and have that set up reproduced at a exhaust shop and then just Plug it into your application. Thanks for the fun!

You don't suppose the exhausts will melt the rear bumper being so close? Or do you plan on putting on the rear AMG bumper with the curved spots for the exhaust?

i did secondary res cat delete added h pipe on cats place and did res delete and added s55 mufflers and added remote valves behind the muffler silencers so it makes amazing sound people do actually cover their ears i had x pipe sound was more like high peached so i changed to h pipe its deeper and has burbles and its redlining its crazy rpm arrow goes down to 6000 rpm

The issue with the welds is all those globs will hold moisture and be rusted out in a year or 2. Grind them down and spray with high heat paint.

You should have used the space in between the AMG and stock exhaust for a X or H pipe crossover
Did you have to "tune" the Benz after you put the exhaust on?

DAVID VINCENT I’m a Mercedes tech sounds like you don’t have an AMG system I can 100% say that all AMG exhausts with quad tips don’t bend at any angle 320 430 500 rear sections dip at an angle

yo tavarish can you. do a review on upgraded aftermarket head units? I know there's one for the s class and the sl convertible that has Android auto and still looks factory. awesome exhaust tone BTW!
