Khamzat's cardio is very bad and still unproven. As the fight advances in later rounds his gas tank will deplete very fast and he will gas out. Bobby knuckles then has the edge in later rounds. So for me rob takes the win but khamzat is a dangerous fight for him.
For the first 7ish minutes of the fight Whittaker will probably be dominated and possibly finished but if he survives I think he pieces Chimaev up for 3 and a half rounds.

I agree with almost all of your analysis about Whittaker vs Chimaev except for how much you're underrating Whittakers' threat to finish. Robs last fights have been against a bunch of guys with strong chins you shouldnt assume he cant finish because he couldnt put away Jared Cannonier, Kelvin Gastelum, Orc Skull Marvin Vettori, DDP and Costa those guys have not been finished often. Khamzat couldnt finish Gilbert Burns or Kamaru Usman who are much smaller guy's than him, Rob is easily the most elite Middleweight he has fought by a mile, this is a big step up in competition. Khamzat got hurt by Gilbert Burns whose a former LW. Both Khamzat and Rob are former welterweights but Rob is way more naturalised at 185 than Chimaev imo. Khamzat is a big stylistic challenge for Rob but if he gasses and fades, Rob could absolutely put him away. Either way this is an amazing fight, cant wait to see it.
I agree I think Whittaker has a chance of schooling him for five rounds but the fact that I believe he won’t finish Khamzat makes it a very dangerous matchup
I hate this fight because Robert Whittaker is my favorite fighter from the last 10 years and Khamzat is my favorite up-and-coming fighter. Robert will have to survive the wrestling and if it gets past the second round he'll probably run on points but I'm not sure he can survive the wrestling. He does have great takedown defense though.

Usman is still elite, minus the head kick he was coasting vs Leon 2 and Leon 3 was a very close fight. "Weight class and short notice" Both are casual excuses made by casuals. Usman fought at 185, not 170. Fighters move up all the time and Usman walks around at 200lbs+ Usman chose 3 rounds when Khamzat wanted 5. To say "I'm not impressed by Khamzat" after his win vs Usman is literally the most uninformed and casual thing to do rn. Stop embarrassing yourself.

It was maybe because Izzy forced the fight with dricus in september while the guy just got injured from the fight that happened one month ago. He wanted the fight with Strickland instead so he got what he wished for.
