Schwarzenegger's accent is very characteristic for people from the Austrian state of Styria (in German: Steiermark) where he was born and raised. 🙂

The host in first clip was Joachim Fuchsberger, who was in german cinema in 1950s/ 1960s often seen as a heroic man. In 1970s/ 1980s he was host or different Shows. Afterwards he moved to Australia and every year a TV documentary of life in Australia was shown by him. Was very popular then.
His Nickname was Blacky..🤓
Joachim Fuchsberger died on September 11, 2014 aged 87 in Grünwald near Munich in Bavaria.
Minute 5:42: It was a scene from "Der City-Hai" (word to word translatet to "The city shark"). I don`t know the original titel in the U.S. Although his films were weird sometimes, I always liked to watch him. It was kind of special..... Greetings from Germany and "Tschüss"! Like someone else said, Arnold sounds aggressively Styrian ^^ I only ever heard one other person speak English who sounded just like him and it was another bodybuilder from Styria :D

When you hear lower Frankonian you wouldn't understand a word even when you know German or Frankonian.
Because it's dutch (north) and Limburgish (southern lower Frankonian) where i live. The Altbier Equator 😏 anything else is just yellow p...water. just kidding bavarian and bohemian lager is great.
