- Lmao nice false information. This is an optical illusion. The psychology behind it is how our brains perceive colors and patterns. I forget exactly what this illusion is called but you’re just spreading false information. It spins because our brains process patterns and colors in a very specific way. The way these colors are layered and shaped leads your brain to spin the colors, but you need to look at it from a certain angle or point to get the full effect of the illusion!

- actually u dont have to have high cortisol, you can have low dopamine or high serotonine for instance. Sometimes its hard to distinguish

- @@johnmarr6181 short tutorial, would be: breath through your mouth (not shallow breaths but deep breaths from interseptum), excersice (during the day) and stay on the sunlight as long as possible 1-2 hours or more (especially through winter). Dont forget to take micronutrients like magnesium vitamins and so (food and supplements)... cut of coffeine and take it 1 hour after waking up. 1-3 small cups coffee at most per day.

i think it depends on what your eyes do. it’s still if you look at it without moving your eyes, but if your eyes are darting around, it appears to move. the more and faster your eyes move, the faster the image seems to move. sometimes people’s eyes move around more the more stressed they get, which is probably the point of this being a “stress test.”
