You should be more informed in what you talk about. First of all, the help they're giving to migrants aren't permanent. Secondly, the homeless people you speak of, already have these benefits too. They get paychecks, housing, and assistance. The ones that chooses to live in tents, the majority of them usually have psychological troubles, addiction of sorts, or they can't keep a place of their own and the responsibilities it requires. The more you know. Did you know? Texas is a red State, a republican state. They love to blame California for everything wrong or "bad" that happens there, including things that are out of the reach of elected representatives, yet they blame immigration on Democrats, Texas borders immigration??? including the migrants that they themselves fly there. Look at what they do to their own women in need of and suffering terribly because of DENIED reproductive health-care? Republicans have chosen not to increase resources needed to process migrants at the border quickly and efficiently. Time and again they refuse to do so, they like the immigration status quo because it gives them power during elections to blame democratics over it. Watch what they do, not what they say. Your country needs you and you don't even know it. Republicans are using every tactic used by evil dictators that single handed destroyed their thriving homelands, they're are doing it for power and they use propaganda that makes it hard for average people to distinguish it from what's real or not. I think the way it's being reported is really the problem. Supreme Court denying prosecutors reque request shouldn't be interpreted as a win for Trump, instead they are allowing the system to work by eliminating any suggestions of favorability to either party. The DC circuit will get it right and Supreme Court with support their ruling.
