Crazy it's already been 3 years since the last episode, this anime was truly something to see and I enjoyed every single episode. I'm hoping the anime makes a final return to finish the story, a 10/10 anime and manga for sure!

It will dont worry is just that the manga needs to get ahead becuase up until 170 the anime and manga were almost at the same speed and it should not be like that
I just love how as a theme for most of the openings there are little moments where asta/yuno trade positions as far as who is running ahead of the other, which tells you who is stronger at the moment. for 1-10 its usually yuno seen ahead of asta, but in 11-13 you see them side by side or asta ahead and shown with yami. so good
It's really shown towards the end of op 12 where it goes when they were kids Asta was leading and then before they left hage village Yuno was leading and then when they became magic knights they were side by side and they flew off together

Yeah they just dont have nearly enough manga for them to continue with the anime as of now, the last arc isnt even finished itself in the manga let alone enough for them to continue the anime- my guess is the movie will probably finish through the rest of this spade arc and depending on how much manga is written in the next year or two, can have them continue there, maybe even three years though honestly for there to be enough to make it a weekly program again

One of the best things about Black Clover is that they never forget to show that Asta and Yuno are literally 2 sides of the same coin. And even then they put a twist on that with them both being good.

i had putted this anime on hold for like a year, then i heard opening 12 on youtube, and suddenly i watched 10 episodes each day again, dang, this anime and it's opening was 1 of my best moments during lockdown

I know what you mean. MHA is my favorite anime and when I saw that this anime had basically the same plot and vibe I jumped right on it. I was not disappointed and actually have the anime on Blu-ray

I love how jacked asta is in the last couple of OP. Shows how working out has paid off for him.
and how when you see him and yuno in the ending of each of the last 3 songs, he goes from being behind him to going side by side and then going ahead of yami, in that signifying how hes now stronger. subtle but beautiful
Op3 is basically the Black Clover theme but Op4 might be my favorite, honestly, I didn't really start enjoying the show until around that time, and now I just finished it and I can't believe they left us hanging like that! We need more!

just watching the change in asta alone is just something else. just watching this kid turn into a short beefcake by the last opening is just epic. i also love a story that actually lets their characters change as time goes on.
