How wonderful to hear the latest about Maiden! I have followed this story for years - Tracy Edwards is amazing! someone who can move heaven and earth to see her vision come to life. I believe that the Royal Family have supported this worthy effort for years, and Queen Camilla seemed quite in her element chatting with these brilliant lady sailors. To think that this boat braved the Southern Ocean in the Whitbread, was almost lost to posterity, and is now restored and serves as an inspiration worldwide for sailors and scholars - bravo!
I am always amazed by Queen Camilla's poise ; her easy and authentic grace when speaking with people individually. She is a wonderful lady and a fine Queen to be proud of.
