Baekhyun is not only super talented but also hard working. That combination is too powerful. Accompanying those traits is his humbleness and not easily satisfied with his ability. He will always try to improve himself and never let himself be swayed by his achievements. Seriously he is an amazing artist and an inspiration for many people. Ps. He did vocal training not only on his free time but also when he’s promoting. He actually went to vocal training when Candy was released and he just did promotion. He diligently train himself when he’s not promoting too. He is hardworking indeed. His efforts are beyond hard working if I must say.
He is all that. Talent is wasted if you don't make anything off it... he can only become better with training and professional support. That goes for all EXO members, they all take training lessons in singing and dancing and keep improving every day. That's where you see how serious they are as artists.
I just love how Stacy mixes some english in and Baekhyun seems to understand almost everything.
This is why I love EXO so much... all the members... each of them are just so confident, positive, and humble. They know how to receive love hence they return their love 1 million times. Their music are a work of art which is mostly about love, hope, being happy because that's what they are... HAPPY! They have everything, there's no reason not to be. And you can feel it in their music. Whenever you listen to EXO songs you just automatically feel happy. I guess because there's no trace of angst, insecurity and absolutely no dissing in their music.
I love the no dissing part. They're not defensive and i love that.

This is the comment i've been looking for! I really love their personalities , eventhough i knew them almost 5 years ago , i stanned them almost a year ago . I regret it but late is better than never . I just really like listening to him talk, his voice is so pleasant. As other people noted in the comments, he seems confident but not arrogant. I haven't even met a lot of people like this in real life, he just knows his strengths and weaknesses, and has no problems praising himself or admitting faults. That is just something naturally attractive, as in, it makes me want to become a person like that too. Truly, what an absolute delight he is.
It is hard to find one like him that is what makes him special. We all had points of specialities i'm sure you got one too and be yourself not like-someone

One thing I admire a lot about Baekhyunee and all Exo members is how humble they are! They really don't let their fame and achievements get to their heads and they stay as the humble and hardworking kings they are. It's really impressive. The way he talked casually about his pre-debut and that he was bad at dancing and taking poses/learnt a lot from the members, how hard he works to improve his singing skills! Way to go man!

Idk but watching almost all of Stacy's interview with SM artists made me really praise her. She's the type to really research well on meaningful things related to the artists, genuinely curious when asking questions. She establishes good transition and even some of the simple questions, she turns it into a more interesting query which makes the interviewees give more answers and just be comfortable in telling what they truly feel. I hope there a are a lot more of her in the entertainment industry. Never let go of her iHeartRadio! Anyways I am so proud of my mans being able to grow so much as an artist and just being confident at everything he does. You are doing well Baekhyunah! You never fail to amaze me in showing a lot more of what you can do.
It also helps that she goes way, way back with K-pop. She has all the context that most Stateside interviewers lack.

The love the way she keeps calling him "Baekhyunee" instead of "Baekhyun"
I think that's pretty common in korean, to say someone name and end it with a vowel ( usually ah sound or ee sound) rather than a consonant. But I do have to say it is cute!
This is just based off knowledge of watching kdramas for many years, I'm no expert though!
@@sumihearts I know. Interviewers stick "shi"with the names most the of time. Like "Baekhyun-shi"
@@sumihearts you only use vowel after the person name if you are really close like friends and if the the person doesn't mind. If not, it is more respectful to end with shi. Even exo use shi ( sehun-shi, baekhyun-shi) when they mentioned each other name in formal interview.
ETHEREAL EXO people use ee and ah at the end of the names if they are close or want to appear informal (as it’s normal to end names or sentences with informal vowels but this must be at the discretion of the relationship between people. Ssi (shi sound) is used formally and is the equivalent of Mr/Sir/Ma’am/Ms etc :)
By looking at him closely in this interview, now I can tell what's that factor that makes him so appealing, and it is the fact that he stares directly at other people's eyes and pays really close attention to them at all times while they're speaking. It makes him comfortable to be around and attentive. Also, he smiles almost all the time, which makes him seem a happy and positive person. Though I thought I already knew him well, I've come to realise this about him through this interview. Loved the interview, you don't really get this kind of intimate talks with your favorite idols, so knowing that there will be a second part to this, feels like a blessing~~ thank you very much for your great work!

he's seriously one of the most talented people in the industry (delight is amazing) but what makes him outstanding to me is the way he presents himself/his personality (i mean we don't know him personally but i mean all the parts he is showing us) and how he acts around other people; he is always humble, super hardworking and he is so so so nice and friendly to his fans/EXO-L. he treats fans like they're friends of him and he's always bright, casual, full of charm and super funny too. and he's such a teamplayer. i support him (and all exo members) since pre-debut and it is insane to me how baekhyun changed and improved in all these years. he seems so relaxed now and so happy/content with his own self. confident but still humble. that interview was so nice to watch, he's such an interesting person and it was so nice to get a view of all the things that crossed his mind. when it comes to him i truly think that it was fate that he's a singer now. thanks so much for this amazing interview!!! can't wait for part 2!!

I loved this interview everything about it's perfect because the interviewer actually asks good questions and baekhyun can express his true self and his true feelings and that it's something we don't see often and also she listens to him and makes him feel comfortable which it's one of the main things this is so good. I feel you! It's a shame that Baekhyun doesn't do more interviews like these. It was precisely because of interviews like these in the past (2012-2016) that made me appreciate Baekhyun as a person rather than an idol. They could be just translated magazine interviews and he would sound so profound. He is wise beyond his age and has such a positive outlook in life.
