These are instruction on a tutorial build, it’s not like a part of a building is optional, that would ruin the whole building, you wouldn’t have a stairs with no stables for it because it was optional and you chose to not put any stables or anything

I love following these unique builds about halfway through, stopping the video and just finishing the build myself. Really good base idea for me to expand upon with my own creativity! I love the base I made.
I do the same thing. I also like to look up actual houses online and build them. I really like to look for ones that are unique. This way of building is a lot of fun.

For people who want to use less wood, you can replace the planks of the first floor to stone bricks or cobblestone for a bit medieval style.

Built it in hardcore survival, it took me 4 hours but totally worth it!! I made some minor adjustments to my house and I love it!!

This house has a vibe to it 100%. When my friends came to my house they were stunned and in disbelief. Great house though definitely not a starter especially on survival cause causes noob could beat the game with the time and materials materials it would take to build this thing on survival. These sorta houses are for fun and to experience minecraft.

Everyone else: talking about how their forests vanished. Me, who replants at least two saplings per tree usually: I am four parallel universes ahead of you.
I'm too lazy to destroy a Forrest so I'll just cut a few down then plant them down again near my house when cut them down to let replant them again over and over.

I chop down 3-7 trees, wait around for the saplings while crafting some stuff or eating, and plant them back plus 2 extra.

i did this with cobble stone for the walls and spruce planks instead of logs for corners. the only parts that are oak are the roof, fence, and flooring. Thanks for the great build!

I like the design the oak wood and the oak planks fits with everything
Anyone wanting to build this house: I was able to collect all the resources in about 4 hours (it’s a lot of chopping trees so I got burnt out and took a break or two) building it took about 4-5hours as well. Keep in mind you don’t need everything right away. Use torches if you don’t have the iron for lanterns and just wait a bit if you don’t have an anvil yet etc. the hardest part is the roof in my opinion because it took the longest with getting the angles right for the stairs and worrying about falling. Overall it’s a cool build and it is fairly simple because of how easy it is to get the resources. Oh also 1-2 hours of my “building” was terraforming because there was only mountains around me and no flat space. You also need a spot big enough for the house
additional info: I didn’t do it all in one day. I would also recommend writing down all the materials you need for example 13 stacks+3 of planks or something like that. Just copy and paste some of the comments with the shopping list or write it down in a notepad

building this in my survival world, and updating everyday. day 1: mostly gathering wood and materials, took a lot more wood than expected but, i’ve gotten 1/4 of the materials. did some other work. Day 2: we’ve gotten the base down and the first roof done, taking shorter than expected to complete. we’re still missing a lot of materials. project might be done in 2 days? Day 3: lmao we didn’t play today, we decided it would be better to rest up and not over work ourselves. we’ve been playing nonstop for 6 hours a day, and ending at about 3 am. the break was needed lol. we’re working on it tomorrow day 4: exterior = complete 😎! everything i don’t have everything i need for the decor but the outside is done, and to be honest it looks really good! if i had to give it a rating on how easy it was to build, i’d give a 8/10. the only real hard part is placing the stairs. (i’ve always had a hard time with that) over all i would definitely recommend building it in your survival or creative world. just make sure you come prepared with a lot of wood lol.

It took me about 9 hours from starting the world to get all the resources and 2 hours to build the house so I feel like it is a starter house tbh.

I chopped down about 500 trees for this build!Also to build it you need 6 scaffolding not 3 and 9 oak fence gates not 1. This video is great, I will recommend it to anyone in my Minecraft worlds

Using the seed, I created a world. It turned out different. But it was nice, and I found a picturesque village with just the perfect clearing for this house. Looks exactly the same. Except i added lanterns around the deck edges, and my crops are not diagonally placed. Made a survival copy and added 2 Fish farms. (Lava, hopper, waterlogged chest 2 versions...and both work 😀) Great build dude. Subbed because of it.

@@jojopeachsoda5102 channel lighting strikes to the rod instead of letting it hit your house, usually you put one on your roof or somewhere close to your house.

a good piece of advice is to recount what you did EACH step. It will save you wayyyyyy more time, because it's so easy to do something wrong.
Something similar happened to me. In the beginning, I noticed that the hole in the garden gate was only one block and not two. Took me a whole hour to figure it out when it turned out to be the simplest fix
