So next time, due to any event, if you are feeling joy or suffering, instead of blaming it on that event, remind yourself that 'this experience of joy or suffering is my making'. • I loved so much his questions!! I hope Vusi knows that his questions answered by Sadhguru helped a lot of people!! I have done Inner Engineering and have a lot of questions...but i think most of them are...just a matter of experience what was taught. Sadhguru says that Isha Kriya help you to separate yourself a little of what is your body and your mind/emotion/psychological drama...because what we suffer comes from body (like some pain or injure, or things like that), and from mind (anxiety, depression, fear, remember unpleasant things etc). So this way we can experience life and this is the begining of the spiritual process. But i forget everything and lost it when children begins to run wild, and the neighbours, and all the noise and you know? hahahahah This is the responsibility part...that i'm failing. The ability to respond. But i'm keep trying. Thank you Sadhguru, Vusi and Isha volunteers for your words and work! Namaskaram ( ^_^)/\

  • This has been an enlightening and transformative experience, and there are undoubtedly numerous individuals who deeply admire Sadhguru and would be willing to invest significant amounts to engage in a profound conversation with him. Vusi Thembekwayo has been fortunate enough to have this opportunity, and what struck me were the thought-provoking questions he posed to Sadhguru. It almost felt as though he had entrusted me with the task of preparing those very questions for him. It is truly remarkable how the universe operates in mysterious and synchronistic ways.
