Ingredients
3 cups sella rice
1 kg chicken
6 green cardamom
2 black cardamom
5 cloves
1 star anise
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin seed
3 garlic cloves
Half onion
4 cups hot water
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder half tsp
Hot water 4 cups
Garam masala 1/2 Tbsp
