NECESSARY MATERIALS
Feta cheese (50 grams).
Cheddar cheese (50 grams).
2 eggs.
1 tea glass of milk (100 ml).
a few sprigs of parsley.
salt (4 grams).
1 packet of baking soda (10 grams).
3.5 cups of flour (400 grams).
frying in oil;
Half a glass of oil (100 ml).

  • Maybe it would be even much better and heltier if we bake in the oven Just brushing with melted butter, let sit for 10 min. and bake. I would try that way ! 😄💝

    • My mother's parents came over to the US from Hungary. They settled in the Los Angeles area. Prior to the first world war. They wouldn't let the kids speak the language because they wanted them to"blend in". Too bad. I only know a couple of recipes. One is a delicious cucumber salad with onions, garlic and sour cream and a sprinkle of paprika. I make it all summer when my cucumber crop comes in.

  • OK, I tried it, and everything looked like you presented in the video, however, without instructions on the temperature of the oil when frying, mine turned out disastrous! I apparently had the oil temp too high, and they took about a minute and a half to brown horribly. Taste test revealed absolutely nothing but a oil soaked brownish mouth of tasteless treat. Please elaborate on the frying process, temp, approximate frying time, type of oil used, etc. Love your videos on bread making and other snacks, but this was a fail for me. I'll try again, hopefully the tasty treat will develop over experience. Cheers and please advise....

    • @Sevgi'nin Yemek Tarifleri Thank you so much for your support and advice, I most definitely will give it another go. One question, though, when you say a " medium " heat, in my mind that is about a 5 on the 1 to 9 dial settings on my stove. So let's say if I just burned a batch on setting 4 ( electric stove, cast iron skillet mind you) , I guess I should turn it down to about 2 or 3 or, is there a set temp you fry bread to? Well, I guess good bakers learn by their mistakes. Thanks again!! 😊
