hi viren, this was really good vedio. im suffring over 3 years now with condromalacia pattella. issue with pattella underneath. u didnt say anything about patella under cartiladge or other lublications. can u pls explain about why my left knee cap rubbing or grinding with upper leg boan insteated of kissing. i feel bit flued effect or not very loose knee. i have gone all the spclst docs in sri. they can do nothing on this.

You've confused me, coz what I know is that the base has to be at top, and apex below. WHY did you did it vice versa?

See video again ... The apex is not upward it's downward ...and for side determination Dr Viren ask to place patella on the table in such a way that its base it facing towards you and apex must be facing away from you ... So it's not wrong
