  • We have one that will not project anymore. The red light comes on in the mask when you plug it in, but it is not projecting anything.

    • Have you checked the charger head if its kinda loose or too tight? Mine had the same problem and it started working when i switched charger's

    • Only green for this projector. I have this projector and a Galaxy Projector 2 with blue lasers. They create different atmospheres. Green lasers are more festive and blue lasers are more cocooning. I like both! They are located in specific rooms Depending on the atmosphere they give.

    • Press nebula and B- from remote simultaneously until it starts rotating switch it off and try again until it starts rotating (it doesnt work the first try) keep at it and it will start to rotate again

    • Nebulae is less brilliant than those of Galaxy Lamp 2. But the lasers are BEAUTIFUL!!! Some stars have rays like stars in the sky. I love that!
