    • @@primeoption4824 The Dragon also has a trunk for vacuum cargo, as well as a toilet (which gives a major increase in comfort department).

  • Why are there so many awkward shapes, sharp edges and corners everywhere? Crew Dragon is ON the cutting edge. Starliner HAS cutting edges.

    • If my life was on the line, I would prefer the industrial standard before some fancy touch panels. That's based on my experience in how often overly complicated systems decide to do whatever they feel like instead of what they should do.

    • @@Lucky_iustitia A capsule is simply a aerodynamical very stable construct. We tried a shuttle. And it failed with 2 complete failures (shuttle and spaceship2) and countles almost failures

  • I am here from the future where there are two Crew Dragons docked to the ISS and 11 astronauts ( 9 Astronauts and 2 Cosmonauts) living on the Space Station. Starliner still has not achieved a successful Demo 1 mission. Can someone tell me if there is a toilet in Starliner or do the crew have to go outside if they need to relieve themselves

    • @@caav56 Cheers mate. I have checked out the stats of both spaceships and I have not seen a loo in the Starliner. Boeing received much more money than Spacex but, in my opinion, Spacex have designed a much better ship. If they manage to launch Starliner on the 30th they'll make a big song and dance about it. However, it's a cramped ship and, I guess, smelly. Not with the dummy though. Thanks for the reply.

  • I love the fact that it looks like the old Apollo missions back to basics very retro very cool and awesome that'll be cool to have some kind of caps like that so that in the future people with different degrees can just hop on in and just do more science and orbit that's pretty cool and I lovethis interesting interface on this video I don't know how it works but it's cool I'm sure Google has something to do with it which is cool great documentary and Godspeed

    • There always is but it's a bag and hose system, not pretty. They also take multiple enemas before flying so #2 doesn't need to happen. It's not something anyone wants to do in such a small area.

    • It’s an interactive camera. You use your finger to drag where you want the camera to show. If your device doesn’t support it, it will look horrible. Lol.

  • Instead of using rockets why not use rockcoons filled with hydrogen. Pull the hydrogen into spacecraft to use as fuel and to power the spacecraft. REPLY

    • SpaceX has sent 3 crews to the ISS, in total 2 demo flights and 2 operational flights. Boeing has failed to even reach the ISS once within roughly the same timeframe. Dream what you want but when you wake up the reality is spaceX did better

  • Guess you don’t really have to be an experienced pilot anymore. Anyone can be an astronaut now. Of course we know how Tesla’s autonomous driver killed one person already by driving into side of a semi, and how Boeing’s 737 Max 8 flies itself into the ground, so not really sure I would be comfortable sitting back with no control and totally relying on software.
