Hello. I hope someone can see this comment. I tried this process or bottle jelly gummy thing, and this one (with Fanta). It’s my 3rd time, because I failed the last two times. Because, firstly, when I tried this like your recipe, it didn’t work AT ALL. I tried adding sugar, which I though it was help, but the Fanta froze, like a lollipop in a bottle. Then, I let it cool off and it came back to its normal side, just without the sparkling thing (the bubbles, don’t know how to call them on English). I wanted to use that Fanta that I failed in the bottle, but was scared of getting a disease. I couldn’t and didn’t do it, but I didn’t fail. On the second try, or second day, I went though websites and videos, now there were two theories on how to make it: 1. Pour a whole 1,25L Fanta in a pan and pour Gelatin in it. Stir it up for 10-15 mins. Then, it should get hard and put it to deep-freeze in a freezer and leave it there for 4-5 hours. 2. Pour a whole 1,25 Fanta in a pan and pour some corn syrup in it. Stir it up for 10-15 mins. Then, it should get hard and put it to deep-freeze in a freezer and leave it there for 4-5 hours. (The same process, just that you replace the Gelatin with corn syrup). Now, I thought the corn syrup theory was more accurate and overall, a more accurate way of making a Fanta bottle jelly (let’s call it that). So, I went to shop for corn syrup, but couldn’t find one. I guess you can’t find corn syrup in small European countries, especially in small cities too. If someone could find me a shop where I can find corn syrup, would appreciate it, but still, then, I could find one, still can’t. I tried recipes for corn syrup, but it was just too complicated and hard, and too find one too. So I quit, but I knew I could find gelatin. So, of course, I had to choose the gelatin theory, because yeah, it was my only choice, if I didn’t like it or did. If I wanted to do it, I had to but gelatin, as I did. I started immediately, I bought one packet of gelatin and did they process and it should. I did it, and then I put in the freezer. I freeze it for a, well you can say, long time, well.. here: I said that you should freeze it for 4-5 hours, right? Well, I went to check it half way though (at the 2 hour and 30 mins point) and I went to check on it. It was.. not even frozen. It was.. juice. It didn’t freeze AT ALL, and it wasn’t even cold too. I waited that long, for nothing. Today, well technically yesterday, I drank the WHOLE thing. It wasn’t the Fanta bottle jelly, but it’s sure was good juice.. well, yeah. I just.. couldn’t quit after that much time and tries, I know it was only two times, but took out 24 hours for me, 12 hours a day. Yesterday morning, I did research on why it failed, and I soon figured it out. That packet was for 250-500ml juice.. but I poured in the whole 1,25L bottle of Fanta in that pan, THE. WHOLE. BOTTLE. So, yesterday (night), it’s past 12:00 AM in our country now, I went out to buy, at least 3 packets off 20g of Gelatin for like 2 cents (in American dollars). So, I went out and bought 3 packets, as I said, and as you know, it said ,,250-500ml of juice”, right? Well, here’s some math for y’all: 1L = 1000 ML. So, if it’s 250-500ML, that 1,25L (1250ML) of Fanta, 500+500+250=1250 ML of juice. So, today, I did it and put it in the REFRIGERATOR, because it would probably stay there for 12 hours or more. And I think it will freeze into that jelly or gummy, whatever it is. I need some advice for y’all, so respond if you read it this far. BYEE!!
