In my Engineer Project submission , I wanted the teacher to involve and listen to our Idea. We wanted to create our own LED based multi-media system with expandable screen size, this was our idea in 2010. Surprisingly, teacher did not believe we can do it and suggested us to buy a project from a Company , whose main business was to supply projects to students from Engineering colleges.
To be honest: i presented a shitty science model in 7th class But the teacher was shittier than my model & igored like his fart

I myself was shocked when a friend appearing for final year engg exam said that she and her classmates were buying the project from a person who sells projects. I mean.?.?.?That's why so many duffers also have engg. degrees

What you said is 200% correct. I worked as a teacher in CBSE school When I first entered the school to take the demo, I asked the teachers, is this school or jail. They treated the students as jailers. For us after completing the two two degrees if we didn't get any job because of the skills.. Whatever the job may be, we want money. So by struggling have to work there.. I struggled for one year in that campus. At last I came out. I resigned the job. Now alhamdulillah I joined this best community where I am learning the skills and training my teammates. It gave me the good feel when I shared my experience to my teammates. Really it's a useful skills for us. Once we learned how to use then we will achieve everything with the fulfilled heart

I'm an Automobile Engineer and in my whole college life (Diploma and Bachelor's degree) they never taught us Practical work but taught in Books with images of Engine, etc. But at the same time look at IT engineering, they're spending most of their time in computer Lab and they're ready to work after their graduation (Number of opportunities available). After COVID, Automobile got shut down in my colleges and many other and IT got multiple divisions by taking Donations due to high demand. Mechanical, Civil and Automobile have severely affected after 2020. Sad Truth!

I remember making a disaster management project file very passionately....but when I saw stacks of files of previous years kept like some waste in a corner of staff room, I felt devasted and since then I have stopped devoting 100% to any academic related things. I better use that time to read something interesting or painting.

I'm also one of them who is being pressurised daily to go school to study day long for my boards .Rather than that I want to do something different in my way . I am teacher and the problem which I have seen is the Hypocrisy our schools are doing ( we are asked to be so strict that students should get scared with our eyes but itna bhi nahi ki bacha aapse sawal hi na kare, bache ka HW complete hona chahiye by hook or crook, 40 min ke period mein a teacher should be able to check today's classwork yesterday's homework, give today's lecture, resolve the doubts of students, maintain discipline with 1:45 ratio) and the salary part is so true, pura saal mehnat karke bhi we don't get any increment, aur itna kam salary, ek security guard ke barabar(pre primary and primary teachers are not getting more then 20k in most of the schools.

It's really an amazing video telling about the truth of our education system. I am witnessing the one thing within my family people whenever in conversation among them discussing regarding their friends/relatives's kid getting placed in a company and getting a certain package as all of them are being graduated from a reputed college. Whenever i think about it i am experiencing that their mindset is in that same environment and it is indirectly conveying the bots getting produced by it.
