Love this ❤
i like putting a cutting edge on with a fine diamond stone , but great to see and hear other ideas 👍
Thanks for watching Scotty 👀
Nooice!
Cheers for watching mate 👍
Great video, thanks Ben. But why the background music?
Keeps the viewers engaged at quiet parts of the video. ....... apparently
Want to try the Tormek WM-200 Angle Master guide, one of best out there, you can set it for wheel size & tool sharpening angle.
Sounds good mate 👍 there are so many to choose from. I just went for the best value to power ration I could find. How much is that one?
I have the tormek with all accessories not cheap but I have the machine mart one also Clark and all accessories work on it also.. Never use a blunt tool you end up in A&E
@paul jones fully agree. I had to buy something as my tools were blunting off all the time. Now I just wizz over them once a week for 15 mins and they are good to go.
@@digitalretoucher Tormek accesories work on the Scheppach TIGER, tool rest is a standard size diameter,so I use Tormek SE-77 Square Edge Jig on Tiger find it better than the standard jig & also on a elderly Tormek.
Flat Sharpening stone is for main wheel so you can change grit rough end is 600+ fine side is 1000+ the stop end knobs is fine adjustment
Thanks Paul 👍
No problem Ben enjoy it's a good machine also I have put 2 small magnets in bottom of the water tank to collect swarf :-)
@paul jones oh mate what a tip! Yea it's fairly new to me. So happy with it though. Saves me loads of mucking about. Especially when you hit a nail with one of your chisels. More annoying just taking one to the sharpeners
@@digitalretoucher Another tip dry your whetstone wheel or cover it, I use my sharpener over winter, removed the water tray, & left sharpener on the bench, had powercut,so no workshop heating, we had a hard frost, it split the wheel in two, expensive lesson learnt.😢
Ouch. Good tip mate 👍
