Farke has done incredible to get Leeds to where we are now, but we have reached a crucial point in the season and are faltering. How does he seriously think bringing three players on with seven minutes of normal time remaining that they are going to impact a game? I wish he would make changes a lot sooner in the games when change is needed.

Farke what are you on. What momentum? What pressure? 95 mins - 1 shot on target. Double figures in corners taken - no chances created. First half 70%+ possession with an xg of 0.16with most of the game being played with Ampadu and Rodon whilst James, Bamford and Rutter were basically anonymous. And then you wait till 80+ mins to make any meaningful changes AND THEN you have the gaul to moan about added time at the end?! Time to look at your own failings here pal, this one is on you. But please prove us all wrong by refusing to rotate and play the same underperforming players. Joke.

@@paulwilliams5296 I agree that Leeds didn’t play well but not all wins are beautiful. If those penalties were given it’s a totally different result. Referee had a big impact on that because if they’re given which there was no doubt they should have been it’s 3 points Leeds.

Absolutely. Look, I love what Farke has done for this club and the points tally for any other season is promotion worthy. But hey, even Stevie Wonder could see our front line was not on it... valium football. Joseph for Bamford, Piroe for Georgi and Gnonto for James should have happened at halftime, or at the very least, 60 mis.
Agree too I think Farke was being stubborn for the criticism of players last week to prove a point as he usually makes subs earlier than this if it is not going well. Maybe he knows why he shouldn't put his faith in certain players now and just play the players inform whoever they are. This stubborness will cost us promotion after a great season
@@lanzarotewhites agree with all of that but when you see Bamford missing sitters anyone else would get you have to worry. Paddy was marked as 3-4-3 by sofascore and YEP for the last 3 games and we need much better. The average mark was only 6 so not good enough from everyone. I love Rutter because he can turn a game but he ain’t fit. The fact is that when we play well and do the business we average around 17 shots at goal with plenty on target these last 3 games we have done nothing like.

Clueless and Bamford shouldn't have started Joseph should more lively and shuts down quicker, I can see that and not being paid millions to mange the team. @@lanzarotewhites that downbeat set of performances over Xmas meant we were not top of the league and then we bounced back great, but have done exactly the same thing over Easter. Instead of pulling players like Summerville, Kamara, Bamford and Rutter off and going for it with players like Joseph, Piroe, Anthony and Roberts faster shows his limitations. People used to have a go at Bielsa as he only had plan A, but when everyone was fit and did their jobs plan A worked, but Bielsa would change players even if they had just come on. How many times did we see Pablo, Phillips or Klich hooked off. Farke has one plan and cannot do anything, it’s like he’s frozen in the headlights. A bad performance should mean players get dropped
We're lucky to have him as our manager whatever happens this season, he deals with the media side of things superbly too, he will be able to handle the premier league 100%

He’s not wrong- we dominated the game but the bit he doesn’t say, is that, Sunderland allowed us to be defending deep… we, yet again couldn’t create enough chances on goal… we may have had a pen that should’ve been given, but we are a long way away from a methodical team with a well drilled way of playing….. instead we now rely on the brilliance of individuals that are better players 1 for 1 than the rest of the league bar Leicester perhaps… Mehh… he’s a fanatic man manager, galvanising this group…. One shot on goal because we’re too busy passing it side to side and back to Meslier in our own half , it’s all too slow and that makes it difficult to play through the opposition ! We have plenty of time on the ball but in the wrong areas , the system needs to change and quickly !

Been saying this for months, any other team with the amount of corners we have would be scoring a few goals per game with that many.

@paulwilliams5296 not just strikers. The modern day CB is the most dangerous attacker at a corner outside of a traditional 9. But Rodon and Ampadu don't look like they know how to even attack a corner!

Very dodgy decision by the referee 2 clear penalties. Why does DF insist on subing around the 80 minute mark? Should of been changes earlier.
Last 5 games have been poor. Cant rely on pens. Too much playing around at the back, movement up front is been missed and always trying to go down the wing with summerville while Archie and James were open. Need to be faster and more aggressive

after the second penalty claim rejected i thought "there;s Farkes excuse" and here we are ... an interview blaming the referee. Sure he identifies problems, but they are problems of his making. Same line up, same problems. Same lack of game management. 71 minutes for first single sub. Does he actually watch the game. Everyone else can see the issues. Sure we have been in an unexpected position but the current form confirms this was despite Farke's management, not because of it and he is throwing away a brilliant opportunity

Why does Farker always bring on plan desperation with 8mins remaining. For 80 mins today we played NEGATIVE football, our central defense played with ZERO confidence. That No44, does he ever pass forward. Our best player who played most passes was Meslier. Farker your clueless on motivation and no plan B. Please stop giving excuses, you're sounding like an faulty HMV gramophone record. ZERO shots on target in the first 45mins.
Sadly, I think that's it for us. A valiant effort but out in the playoffs semis and then next season get a good start.

Other players need to step up instead of relying on Rutter and cry to get the ball up the pitch and do magic with it. Farke is blaming everything under the sun for our awful performance but the elephant in the room sadly is his style of football.. default setting is sideways or backwards to centre half, no matter where on the pitch we are. it is plan A and nothing else and that always seems to be Rodan, no matter where we are on the pitch it starts with him, I am not slating him, I hope we sign home.... but we are slow, pedestrian and worse predictable.. Teams have us sussed...
How many wasted corners and attacking free kicks? Penalties were controversial, naturally, but we should be putting that game to bed anyway. Big supporter of Bamford, but he's not done much recently, whether that be his fault or not, surely Piroe can get more than 8 minutes?

Too low tempo, and terrible shots on goal. Georgy and Dan have really fallen off at the wrong time for us. We should have made changes at 60 minutes - Willy at least - to give ourselves a chance. Keep going now and hope our vitality returns soon.

Anger, frustration, nearly another heart attack watching our roller coaster of a team. Bad result last night, should have had three pens, including the blatant shove in Summerville’s back, no one mentions that on TV. Rutter off form since the opp and doesn’t look as happy as he was🤔 he should be a key player for us. Bamford has lost all confidence and trying too hard to score. We are crap at set pieces as we can’t head the ball. As a centre forward you expect he could jump, or even try to, he leans back to block the centre half from trying to beat him to the ball. We seem predictable again and don’t know how to change things around a bit and be more positive, what happened to the one touch fast footie? One other point is the teams we face seem to want to beat us up to stop us from playing good footie. Please wake up you refs and see what they are doing to us., we seem scared to make a tackle, don’t think we won one 50/50 tackle all night. 69.4% of the ball and only one shot on target and your happy with that stop with the 5 yard passes backwards and sidewards and when we have we a player free in space on the other side of the pitch switch the ball with one pass not 5

It was a poor performance. But let’s not be too hard on the lads. They look knackered… that being said we have a squad and it should be used better. Rutter and Bamford specifically look spent, and should be rested. Even so, we are top 3 with a handful of games left and our rivals are also stuttering.
