Alam ko may mga prof na ayaw talaga magbigay ng gawain every christmas break kasi una, ayaw rin nila magcheck ng maraming plates o kung ano pa man pagbalik ng pasukan. At pangalawa ay wala rin silang choice kung hindi maghabol. So kung ganon ang case, eh ok na ok sakin yon. Ang kaso kasi may mga prof talaga na nang iinis lang. Yung tipong may mindset na "naranasan namin to dati, ngayon danasin nyo rin". Yung kahit di naman naghahabol ng gawain, magbibigay parin kasi trip lang.
Bata ka ba sir/maam?
Alam nyo may madalas lang ako pag isipan nung college tuwing nagpupuyat. At yun ay ang… Sino ba kasi nagpangalan sa plates ng plates? Pwede namang “super duper architectural ultimate mega wooaaahhh drawings” para di nakakalito kumpara sa plates. Pag naririnig kasi yan ng ibang tao ang palaging sinasabi “ay HRM student ka? hugas plato?” at least kung “super duper architectural ultimate mega wooaaahhh drawings” mas magegets nila.
Halimbawa may ibang taong nakikinig sa usapan nyo ang maririnig nila ganito:
Friend: “pre nakagawa ka na ng super duper architectural ultimate mega wooaaahhh drawings”
Me: “di pa nga eh. pero mamaya gagawa na ako ng super duper architectural ultimate mega wooaaahhh drawings”
Ibang tao na makakarinig: “ay arki student to”
Oh diba!.....oh diba ang random.
Another thing is yung rizal subject sa 5th year. Gaya nga ng nasabi ko kanina, Alam ko kung bakit natin kailangan pag aralan ang buhay at akda ni rizal pero para ilagay sa huling sem ng 5th year kung san nakasalalay ang paggraduate namin? ohmygod! Buti sana kung madali lang ang subject na yan. Ay nako! Hindi kaya madali aralin ang buhay ni rizal. Kung ilan sila sa pamilya, kelan sya umalis papuntang eyuropa, kelan sya nagpatuli, ilan naging chix nya , etc. Tapos idagdag mo pa yung noli me tangere at el filibusterismo. Andaming malalalim na salitang kailangan mo pag effortan iresearch dyan bago mo maintindihan gaya ng naghugusan, kahambal-hambal, hungkag, pinagtiyap, mamatnugot.. etc ..lalo tong etchetera! ano meaning nyan? Dejk.. Oh diba, mas matindi pa nosebleed ko dito kesa sa English.. Ngayon ang swerte ng mga kabataan kasi ipinalabas yung maria clara at Ibarra. Sobrang laking tulong nya kasi mas madali maintindihan in a form of drama, puro nga lang sila mga hashtag filay filay.
Ayun lang, andaldal ko na nga sa video tapos andaldal ko pa dito. Bye!!

  • Tama lahat yung nasa video na'to. Life of an Architect isn't easy but yet rewarding. Trivia: sa 1st year, dami pa ninyo, hanggang 3 sections pa. 2nd sem bawas na mga 3%. Second year, 2 sections na lang; 3rd year, isang section na lang kasi dami na nag shift ng course sa mga dahilan: 1) Di na kinaya ang hirap, pagod, puyat. 2) Nahirapan nang pagsabayin yung Math(engr'ng subjects) at Arch'l; daming bagsak na subjects 3) Mas pinili nang magpapogi't mabango keysa walang ligo dahil di nkapagtulog 48hrs or more. Sa mga survivors at thriving ngayon sa real world, Kudos!

  • As a Fil-Am I was kind of shocked to see how different courses were handled in the Philippines. For us at least, you don’t have work over winter break unless you took courses for the winter mini semester.

  • I agree with you on the part of Christmas break in school but lets face it, in college you have to complete every thing you have, especially on students who have thesis, projects but most important are the Capstone Project, Masters Degree related work, On the Job Trainings and other stuff that you need to do. take it from a 4th year BSIT Animation and Motion Graphics student and our final defense is just next week. Good Luck to all and don't forge to pack and I MEAN PACK TONS OF COFFEE AND NOODLES. you will need it LOL.

    • Kaya nga sinabi ko sa dulo (end credits) na kung walang choice, edi go hahaha. Kung kailangan talaga maghabol edi go. Kung kaya lang naman. Ang sakin lang syempre, iba kasi talaga yung pag eenjoy sa buhay habang studyante ka pa kesa pag adult ka na at may trabaho. Gusto ko lang na i-savor nyo yung moment kasi promise ibang iba na ang buhay after mo gumraduate. Palaging babalik yung thought na "gusto ko ulit bumalik sa pagiging studyante".

  • speaking of Christmas break 😢 jusko! noong nursing student ako, di lang case studies at homeworks ang inaatupag namin, pati nag du-duty pa kami sa hospital 🥲 mas ma lala kung na timing yung duty sched mo sa mismong pasko or pag salubong ng new year 😂

  • I feel u kuya vince kasi arki student ako ngayon at 1st year, sa christmas break, bago mag christmas aming midterm tapos compliance sa mga incomplete, tapos naranasan ko nung new years tlga paspas tlga ung pagtapos ko ng plates since new year na, pagtapos ng plates kain muna ng pagkain sa new years eve hahaha pero worth pa rin, experience is the best teacher nga.

  • Okay! medyo na late ako ng ilang oras ಥ⁠_⁠ಥ nag cram pa kasi ako ng worksheets ko na deadline sa Friday. Para sakin pinaka mahirap na year sa college talaga is yung third year, Education student ako at andun lahat ng major subjects namin sa third year tinambak, kasama na yung thesis kasi nga sa fourth year practicum nalang tsaka mock board yung focus. Nairaos ko naman yung third year at andito na ako sa panghuling level ng college (⁠ᗒ⁠ᗩ⁠ᗕ⁠) pero diko makakalimutan yung pangatlong level kasi iniyakan ko yung thesis namin kasi ikaw ba naman maging leader tapos mga ka grupo mo pabuhat, tas binububat mo din yung ibang major subjects mo na andami ring pinapagawa, siguro umiyak ako nun dahil gusto ko na matulog tas d pa kami tapos sa thesis tapos malapit na yung defense, tapos damidami ko pang gagawin sa bang major subjects, naalala ko nun yung defense namin Dec. 21, 2021 kaya gusto ko na matapos kasi ayokong iniisip yung thesis namin habang na si celebrate ng holidays. Yun lang naman! Bye. 😗 Pero masaya pag naaalala mo yung panahon na akala mo di mo kakayanin pero kinaya mo. Kaya I'm thankful parin na, na experience ko yun. ༎ຶ⁠‿⁠༎ຶ♡
