Awww it's so sweet the host family is stronger than expected. I actually think it looks nicer for the dress sleeves to be up. It looks like her dress is wearing her not the other way round with her small frame but alittle too much space. Just emphasising her being bone-y which i feel might not be the best look. Thin don't mean pretty. Beauty can be in many ways.
