The part you did on body shaming at the start was really motivational especially for me I’ve been getting bullied about my size and it really made me realize it’s not about what’s on the outside it’s what’s on the inside
I used to be skinny and I was ashamed to wear t-shirts you know, and I've also been bullied. I was around 175cm and under 60kg at 16 , now after 9 years of training I'm 6ft 194lbs at 25! You all can succeed in anything you want, you need only a start!
It was great to hear I have issues with my body aswell I’m about 5’8/5’9 and and 10 stone which is around 140 lbs, it was very inspirational to hear it, he’s very kindhearted.
And just remember Prince was a really skinny man and he was still very attractive.
It's good to be happy with yourself but remember that being unhealthy shouldn't make you proud
