Oh, yeah. We use the turkey neck meat for our giblet gravy for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They're good to nibble on while cooking.

I have to specifically roast the turkey neck seperate from the full turkey so my dad can chow down. But he always splits it with me, getting the meat out of those crevices is THE BEST!!
