She was so motivating. Such an amazing energy. I literally watch video of Emily every single day. She always motivates me to get out, live, get healthy, take care of my body and mind, etc. The world has been robbed of such an amazing woman. But I’m soooooo grateful she carried on on her YT channel so well! Because we can celebrate her every time we watch her! ❤️

I came late to these vlogs as the first one I watched was of Aisha announcing Emily's passing.I have been catching up on them and I am so touched and impressed by this beautiful young woman.She really is a breath of fresh air.I wished she could still be around though,so sad.

Does anyone know of a watch that detects blood pressure reasonably accurately, not just heart rate? I heard of them being made years ago but they generally didn't work well, so they were discontinued.

i love watermelons with seeds but they seem to be pretty hard to find where i live now and i love evening walks too

cook the eggs set them off to the side and add the cooked egg before you really start strring it all together.
