Storyline:
97% owned present serious research and verifiable evidence on our economic and financial system. This is the first documentary to tackle this issue from a UK-perspective and explains the inner workings of Central Banks and the Money creation process. When money drives almost all activity on the planet, it's essential that we understand it. Yet simple questions often get overlooked, questions like; where does money come from? Who creates it? Who decides how it gets used? And what does this mean for the millions of ordinary people who suffer when the monetary, and financial system, breaks down? Produced by Queuepolitely and featuring Ben Dyson of Positive Money, Josh Ryan-Collins of The New Economics Foundation, Ann Pettifor, the "HBOS Whistleblower" Paul Moore, Simon Dixon of Bank to the Future and Nick Dearden from the Jubliee Debt Campaign.
Reviews:
"Simple facts described in a plain and simple manner : the building stone of economy is how money is created. And, most importantly, debt is explained : that there is no economy w/out debt. Debt is core. It's all about the control of debt, and who "owns" debts.
As is, debt is as important a concept, as creation of money is. And this is not at all about some 3% of coin & paper money in the system, it's essentially about some 97++% of 'virtual' money being send back and fro. And about a specific type of money that only exsists and can be used with, for instance, the Bank of England -- and nowhere else.
A complicated system which evolved from simple facts when law decided to forbid private banks to issue their own paper & coin money in the 19th century.
But then somehow, and it's not a mystery, private banks still keep on issuing money (tho not their own paper & coin notes)
and that is, in essence, what this doumentary is about : the how, when and why.
A must watch, to be honest and a 10-star docu if only the female narrator's voice would not have been mixed in in such a shallow manner (often too hard too grasp; a pity) : it deserves a clear firm straight sound given that the documentary itself is profoundly clear." -Written by artiszt on IMDb.com

Profit are privatized while losses are socialized
Debateables thus to whom is privet within this world these days. Whats social
Hi
You can be a shareholder and have profits socialized lol
I wasn't financially free until my 40s and I’m still in my 40s, bought my third house already, earn a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start today regardless your age, invest and change your future! Investing in the financial markets is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing! Very inspiring! I love this.
I understand the fact that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is a hard thing to do for me now because I have no idea how and where to invest in. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.
I am guided by Mark Stuart Jordan. Look him up online, He is quite popular in the united states and He is a certified financial adviser in order to put you through the procedures of achieving your dream portfolio.
That’s great, your investment advisor must be really good,I have seen testimonies of people using the help of investment advisors in making them more financially stable. Do you mind sharing more info on this person?
look him up on the internet and leave him a message he's quite popular for his services as he was recently featured on CNN. He can work with anyone irrespective of where you are located.
Just copied and pasted Mark Stuart Jordan and I found him, thanks for saving me hours of research. I'm from hit-crisis Sri Lanka.
Watching 'The System of Money' was like peeling back the layers of financial mystique to reveal the beating heart of our economic system. From the enigmatic dance of money creation to the haunting echo of debt, every frame whispered truths that echoed far beyond the confines of the screen. It's not just a documentary; it's a journey into the labyrinth of modern finance, leaving me both enlightened and entranced.
Keep these kinds of eye-opening documentaries coming! Thank you.
Not r/ so eye-opening, but anyway - Good with flattery. The world dept is easy to correct... By debunking the olie monkers!
Great work put together! Thank you so much!
This is a great video! One of the best I’ve come across on YT.
Excellent program. I learned so much, but admittedly I need to watch it again to fully understand. However, I absolutely got the point! Thanks for such an in-depth consideration of our fiat money.
So glad I got recommended this channel. Gold content. Keep it up

Very good documentary, amazing. Thanks a lot for everyone who made this possible.
That's right, getting in touch with an FA during the pandemic was how I was able to scale through the crazy stock downtrend and helped me stay in profit & save my finances.
Wow. This is so amazingly great!!! Thank you!!!
One o the best eye opening documentaries I have ever watched.
Wonderfully explained...thank you.
The financial system has been artificially pumped for over a decade to ensure big pockets were lined; and now those same hands will make a fortune in the largest transfer of wealth in human history by shorting it on the way down. Inflation does have a roll, but that's to keep everyone panicked, and focused on their bills and expenses, rather than focus on the capital crimes of politicians and corporations,I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $338k stock portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market??
Find stocks with yields that exceed the market and stocks that, at the very least, follow the long-term market trend. However, you should get guidance from a financial advisor if you want to create a successful long-term plan...
I agree, I've been in constant touch with an Investment advisor for approximately 17 months. These days, it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or hold. That's where my advisor comes in, to help me with entry and exit points , I've accrued over $337k from an initially stagnant reserve of $148K all within 18 months.
@@DavidRiggs-dc7jk I need a guide so i can salvage my port-folio due to the massive dips and come up with better strategies. How can one reach this advisor??
@@EllenAbrex Having an advisor is essential for portfolio diversification. My advisor is Julie Anne Hoover who is easily searchable and has extensive knowledge of the financial markets...
@@DavidRiggs-dc7jk Thank you for this amazing tip. I just looked the name up, wrote her and scheduled a call...

I am now informed and disillusioned instead of confused and disillusioned.
I learned so much from this video, more than from economics class. Thank you.
It misses the Golden Wage Rule of Capitalism. You should look that up as well. Another important topic are financial balances (Saldenmechanik in German), it complements the documentary perfectly.
the animation at the end just fantastic!
very informative ..thank you. ..
Best documentary ever🙏
Thanks guys for the amazing work. 🙏 I will need to watch this video a few times more! I think this financial system will keep on going as is, collapsing as much as poorer economies as possible with some new added new types of financial systems such as CBDC etc. Life has never been fair ever and hope it will. 🤞🏼
It is bad to the core.
That's why cryptocurrency was created at the first place. Cryptocurrency was supposed to be money that everyone can spend but because of the manipulation it becomes worse The benefit of UFC is more than how I comprehend it, just know that as I'm telling you some of the benefit of UFC. First, UFC is the world's first hybrid cryptocurrency that only rise in value. Now you can finally put your money in a particular place that is secure and safe than any other bank or cryptocurrency. UFC has come to give peace of mind to everyone because in the crypto world there is manipulation which causes a lot of coin to fluctuate. Cryptocurrency supposed to be use as money at the very start but because of the manipulation it becomes an investment. Now UFC gives everyone the opportunity to put their money in a secure place, also with free transaction. Now value is given to money by you using UFC. If you look at it, fiat currency is backed up by debt but UFC is backed up by people and people are the real value of UFC. UFC also defeat inflation though Bitcoin was able to solve that problem to some extent but UFC defeated it completely. Inflation can't rule when everyone is using UFC. The most benefiting part for you is that your money is decentralized and also it rises in value per person that joins the system. The most important part of all is that people will also gain their power through their agreement of using UFC as money. UFC is money that grows in value not an investment. I want you to know this that paper money is a dying business, Get into UF ecosystem which gives peace of mind to everyone. UFC➡️Abundance coin 🔥💯
Yeah but they are totally right the economic system is fucked. Sorry about this information but yeah.

Thank you! I thought I was going through a lot of problems in my life… but now I learnt that, the problems that I thought are not even problems anymore after watching this video… we are running until we get tired and hand over the baton to the other generation this circle keeps on going until somebody stops and look around and learn what this really is… like you guys did through out this video… excellent loving this 🙉
i started working at a bank 1 month ago in the upper echlons, the things I've learned that had me saying to people exactly what they're saying in this video

Privatize gains Socialize losses
I think the reason is that people work so hard in socialism but get nothing in return. This will turn everybody off. In privatizing, people who work hard will finally get what they want or dream of. This will keep people more enthusiam. That's why it worked better. Just imagine in some communist countries you promise to work 1 year for a tv, an electric pen, a motorcycle, and a refrigerator, and after 20 years you still got nothing. lol It is nice that they still haven't pissed on your face after all the lies. lol

“This planet has - or rather had - a problem, which was this: most of the people living on it were unhappy for pretty much of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movement of small green pieces of paper, which was odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy.” ― Douglas Adams, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

You’re cute
I'm leaving a comment for the future learners. Definitely, this is a great doc on money.....
Best lesson: Increasing housing prices isn’t a sign of economic growth(+GDP), it’s a redistribution of wealth towards current homeowners away from poor [and young] who can’t afford. That really dispels some common perceptions.
Redistribution yes from the many to the few a reverse Robin Hood Dynamic that just doesn't work for most
Well, the secret of monetary system remains hidden from only those who do not study and choose to stay financially illiterate
Extremely informative video! Just want to push the algorithm, want more videos like this 🙏
very good document👍
Outstanding documentary! When they say ignorance is bliss… this program proves it! I knew it was bad but had no idea how bad it really was! Thank you for educating me on all the interconnected monetary stages finances goes through! It is astonishing! Such a complex topic that you distilled down to understandable segments! Even so, I will need to watch it several more times! This needs to be taught in schools! Thank you for all the work that went into this documentary!
Schools are to blind us from this sort of stuff.
There's a very good reason as to why they do not teach anything about the Monetary system in schools.
Too bad it is completely divorced from reality.
25:00 - 'massive profits for the banks' can also be related to routine transfers of actual wealth to the banks, or increasing the difference in power/influence.

thanks your documentary , this video make me understand about money and system of banks
A Very good documentary. I don't worry about things that I do not have. I concentrate on the things above and not on earth and keep my eyes focused on Jesus Christ, my helper, and provider.
Debt means very different things to, and has very different implications for different socio-economic classes.

Keep spreading financial truth and facts. Education and knowledge is key to setting common people on earth free from control and Tierney.
The Money System is getting an Upgrade now - and so it is - Blessings.
It’s ironic hearing Cameron talking about “has he got a plan to cut the deficit” when we now know that even after 4 years of Austerity and Austerity 2.0, the deficit was not actually reduced. Not one bit. The only thing their austerity did was make working people even poorer by keeping their wages at around 0-0.5% whilst inflation eroded what they can afford. People really do get what they vote for.
The bank$terz are in control
If you still think that voting is relevant to what is going on, you should dig a little deeper. "They" (whoever they are) control everything in this realm and voting is one of the easiest things to control. Mark Twain said: If voting made any difference, they wouldn't let us do it.
Lol what a crock of shit “you get what you vote for” it doesn’t matter what you vote for all politicians are still politicians at the end of the day and one is just as bad as the other. Anyone with eyes can see it. It’s no wonder the newer generations don’t even vote, we’re to smart to see that it doesn’t matter when we have such a corrupt legal system.
Revolution is the only solution you are delusional if think for one second anything else will change things
The banks rule the world not us
Hi it's very inspiring subject wonderful great work but one question What will happen if the world currency become equal as their is no production just online may be it should come
I don't understand why people don't educate themselves especially when it rules their lives
I think you missed a very important part, money is not created from nothing but borrowed from the future.

This documentary is an eye opener to be honest
Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.
Wall Street pitched so-called quality stocks with high profitability and low debt, as a kind of insurance against whatever the economy might throw at you. Fantastic documentary. Many books out there covering this topic but I notice there’s not a lot of information on what an individual can do to combat the system. Guess we’re all just slaves until someone figures it out and enlightens us all.

Money is simply an idea - it's not real, but only looks real
i've yet to hear that money "only looks real" from someone that isnt a complete financial failure.

The stock market is a complex system that is influenced by a variety of factors, including economic indicators, political events, and global trends. The relationship between policies and the stock market can be complex and multifaceted, and it can take time for the full effects of policies to be reflected in market trends. Therefore, it is possible that policies implemented in the past may have a "lagged effect" on the stock market, as their full impact may not be felt until later on.

Who is „us“…?
Hi daling
Thanks Neil, you answered the one question that has been constantly on my mind. I have two small personal loans at a fixed rate and actually the interest was paid up front. I have been trying to figure out if I should keep increasing my assets or pay off the loans. I can easily pay off the loans in two years at low monthly rate so I am going to continue to buy more assets knowing that they will be less expensive now than in the future.
I will own your assets for pennies as u won't be able to pay.. no job.. no chance.. people like you will lose everything!
Gg
I'm currently in a similar situation, been thinking about what to do first as well. Investing in assets that will provide money and continue to grow, providing more and more money, seems the right choice
Hmmm
I learned a lot from this documentary
Knowledge supports growth.
Can you please recommend some books about understanding all of these? I can connect at a deeper level with books! Thanks for this eye opening episode of how banks and money operate.
"The Creature From Jeckyl Island" by G. Edward Griffith.
@@phaedrussmith1949 thank you!
The Creature from Jekyll Island is a good book about the bankers who wrote the 1913 Federal Reserve Act. The book Make America Financially Great explains the sections of that Act that holds the tricks they built-in so they become infinitely-rich by loaning citizens Worthless-Money-Made-Out-of-Nothing as bank account balance increases.
Only nut jobs think central banks are bad.
@@DoneDealAC so what's your explanation about your point? Banks are supposed to create debt to keep the economy going, and this model knowingly puts the entire population under debt, except people who own the banks and other financial institutions.

Monetary value is an intangible asset, just like the software.
This is my first time watching this documentary The System of Money Documentary Money Creation Explained. For real everyone. Yes. Facts. Believe it.
Is this only for england or does it apply to America and Canada and such coutries
Im 19 mins in and they are saying that banks have no restriction on how much they can lend. However I had thought that the bank needed at least a 10% reserve of hard cash in order to lend... the quantitative easing monetary policy.. will this be covered later on?
yes, it is called RRR, reserved requirement ratio
Since about 2015 there has been a 0% reserve requirement. In UK , US. There is no longer any requirement for banks to hold a percentage..
The economy is already in shreds sadly 😔 . I used to think everybody went broke during the Great Depression and other major crashes but they didn’t… Some made millions, I also thought everybody went out of business during these times but they didn’t, some went into business, there's always depression/recession for some people and there's always a good time for others, it's all about perspective.
Perhaps, if you swop out the sinister background music for something a bit more non-descript, it would all seem quite logical and above board.
Lot to consider.
Money is trust- as it does not actually exist. And it’s creation is from a request by what they call is a debtor, when in reality the creditor is actually the debtor paying for the slavery from an invisible entity.
Very bad feeling about this documentary. First mistake I spotted at 38:00 - the French government sent a war ship to exchange the currency to gold - and did it successfully! The next day, the USD was taken off the gold standard. It is a small one but makes we wonder what else is plain wrong/misleading. Also, it seems that they try to manipulate the viewer in some way. That documentary is not neutral - it tries to play with your mind. Keep this in mind when watching.
wait, i saw this documentary year ago, at least, its reupload? it was deleted or somethin??
Facts and exposition better than narrative.
