It's funny how Disney, a company that is absolutely merciless in chasing copyright-infringement cases, does so much underhanded, shady stuff themselves.
Right, where is Kimba and lion king?
This is true
It was not necessarily Disney directly. An artist or company can propose a product to a company like Disney, say Mickey and Minnie coffee cups, and if Disney likes it, will sell that artist a license to manufacture and sell that specific product. If the artist in question is not really honest, they may be able to get the license without Disney knowing. The Alice artwork was somehow stolen from a student's work, something that was probably not out there in the public eye. It could have been this type of arrangement. Good thing it got caught.

In the 60's, my grandma loved Hydrox, and we had them whenever we visited. Thanks, Munnie!

Hydrox still exists if you wanna get them, just had my first Hydrox a few days ago. It was worth it
I remember my mom buying Hydrox cookies, when we were young. Once the Oreo cookies started, she bought those to compare them. She stayed with the Hydrox brand.
I was expecting more of a "Chinese knock-off" feel more than a "my own art is being stolen by big fashion brands" feel.
Me too, however, by them showing those, I know realize the Chinese just don't care and the rest show how to try to do it sneaky wise.

Its missing what Apple ripped off over the years, its not as innovative as it is presented here. Also fashion is a ripoff by itself.
Indeed, in fact Apple stole the Ipad name from Fujitsu who had marketed and sold a handheld device using that name back in 2002. Apple ended up having to buy the rights to the Ipad name from Fujitsu for several million dollars.
So just because they used a name doesn't make the iPad bad
Apple rips of most of the things, thats why they are in third place in ranking.

apple clearly copied many features android had like the dual camera setup, fingerprint scanner, fast charging, stereo speaker setup, the notch display, and many more....

I have to completely disagree with #17. There are countless instances of Apple claiming it is the first to do something when another product has done it for years. The location of a device in its packaging can barely be called 'Copying'. Not one of the examples you showed were identical. Also, there's a difference between "Trends" and "Ripping Off". How can the loss of the headphone jack and introduction of cloud storage be called ripping off? And what's this BS about Apple inventing the single-screen phone?? On a different note, I don't think buying a company and then making a product similar to another product of that same company can be called ripping off. And just because a social media site has similar features to another doesn't make it a ripoff.
Just called "Ideas", that's all. Cant put a © on an idea
I second you in your opinion👍!!!
They claimed that they invented the first hard disk MP3 player, but they didn’t, they just ripped off the Creative Nomad Jukebox
Totally agreed, unfortunately the Apple kool-aid has spread far and wide 😑
Clearly you have a hard-on for Apple. I've been in the industry for over 15 years and I watched Apple steal almost every idea from lesser known brands. All they ever did was enhance and refine those ideas with the bottomless pockets they had.
You're right. I've been IT guy since 80s, pretty much everyone in IT industry is stealing to some degree, from lines of codes in programming, to application features and interface. Microsoft copied windows from Apple, and Apple copied from Xerox. We don't have problem with that, not that we like it. But what really got to our nerve is, Apple shamelessly rip off and announce to the world AS IF it was their PROUD invention (even patent most of it).
Especially the part where it says "trying to get a slice of apple pie" as in a other way to cheaply cash in. In other words they're making it seem like samsung doesn't get enough money and made a "crappy" knock off of an iPhone. Funnny reality is that samsung did get the apple pie, because thyere the top selling smartphone brand. Samsung sold 4B phones compared to apples 1B.

I remember them! Grandma used to buy them for us when we'd vacation to upstate NY from CO. every year. They weren't nearly as good as Oreos.
@@LisaHumble they suck compared to Oreos, that's probably why they arent as popular
so my great aunt married into a family that had a brother (they all dead now) work in Fairlawn NJ at the Nabisco plant - He is the one who created the OREO design, or helped with it and got the machines to do the imprints - Hydrox agreed to this as Nabisco didn't want a major issue, and the design was far enough away from the original anyway. This is just another "story" to add to drama on the internet - research it
I grew up on Sunshine Hydrox cookies and still consider them superior. It was a treat, though short lived, when Kelloggs for the 100th anniversary of the cookie. @@nancymontgomery8897 bro idk if ur being sarcastic my brain is exploding
@@nancymontgomery8897 Hydrox have appeared occasionally in grocery stores over the last 10-15 years, and I always bought two bags hoping their " stay " would become permanent. A few years ago there was an attempt (don't know if it was successful) to resurrect Hydrox by a private " baker ". The cookies were available online at Facebook or Amazon. I still look for them when I am in the mood for a good, store bought cookie, but I never see them. A good " substitute " is the Frito-Lay Grammie's brand of chocolate sandwich cookies. They are sold in packs at convience stores and in vending machines.

Apple competitors? Are you serious? First off, the first true multitouch-screen smartphone was the LG Prada, which was announced several months before the iPhone. Second, there are trends in every industry that have to be started by someone, like Apple with the removal of the headphone jack. This doesn't mean that other companies "copied" them. Third, saying that other companies don't offer any alternatives to wired headphones that are as "cool" as AirPods is completely ridiculous. King Zak, quality-wise they seem to be better now than the one Ford or BL made, but (as the CR people can tell you) they STILL SUCK compared even to its' American competition. As for the worse one, think the BL years, as they had The Prince Of Darkness (Lucas Electric) on their side...

Ford was going to be bankrupt being the owners of Land Rover and Jaguar. Tata helped them by buying it and had their sweet revenge
Sree Nithyan, I do believe Ford was going into the bankruptcy route (only US car manufacturer that didn't reach that route in the late Aughts recession), but not only had to unload JLR to Tata (at an ~ U$4 Bln. loss), but Aston Martin and the 34% they owned of Mazda as well. So it wasn't that Ford was "selling a sucker" to Tata, they had a real need and paid dearly for it. Besides, Tata is still better off financially with JLR (the bar is quite low, you know...) than JLR was when they were Ford property. Latest is that it seems JLR will replace Toyota (the new "Zupra" may not be built after 3 or 4 years) as a BMW partner, this time on their (both sides) crossover and EV technology.
