I believe Munguia could stop him I mean he stopped Ryder and Canelo went 12 with Ryder . So maybe he stops Canelo . Triple G was old, slow and ponderous. Best fighter on his resume was Danny Williams, who he just about outpointed.

@davidmaez7253 yes, sorry man, I meant Jacob's. Williams is a retired Heavyweight from England. Golovkin could definitely hit hard, but that's not much use if you can't hit the target. Haven't seen Mungia in a couple of years, but he's much younger and faster than Golovkin. Massive opportunity for him, so he will be highly motivated and ready to seize the moment. Canelo is a bully. He is obviously backing on overpowering the smaller man.
@Recoates I'm a Boxing fan first I don't have a favorite fighter. So that being said. Canelo has won titles from 154 thru 175. At 5'8 he is far from a bully discount the Charlo fight, Jaime is 6 years younger and 4 inches taller but a 5-1 underdog those are huge odds. I have 4 losses I'm my opinion that Canelo has, of course getting cooked by Floyd beat by Lara, Triple G the first fight, and of course Bivol at 175 Cleary dominated that fight. That being said Jaime has not fought anybody close to the resume that Canelo has. I gotta go with a past his prime Canelo.
@davidmaez7253 I used to like Canelo, but can't ignore his BS no more. He is the Super middleweight champion, so fighting junior middle and middle weights back to back is what a weight bully does. I don't factor height into bone and muscle mass so much. For example, Mike Tyson was 5'11 and yet one of the most powerful heavyweights ever. When Canelo made the excuse of not fighting his mandatory and no1 super -middleweight contender David Benavides, because he doesn't fight Mexicans....but now signs up to fight a smaller Mexican Mungai, then it becomes just downright dishonesty. So, I actually hope this latest cherrypck goes wrong for him.
