This clip shows that Gervais is a comedy virtuoso. He starts the game before it's even supposed to start to make it seem more natural. Then he asks if the audience can see his word, because he realizes the build-up and anticipation is the actual funny part. He figures out what makes this game funny in ~1 minute. With that knowledge he changes his entire approach. Then at the end just for fun, he thinks "How can I set up Jimmy to be funny?" Comedic master.

I died of happiness when Ricky was laughing. He's such a cute man when he laughs.
Several years ago, "they" say, Richard Gere was admitted into the emergency room of a Los Angeles hospital with a foreign object lodged in his rectum. I'm not judging sexual pleasure for either gender, but nowhere in my wildest imagination can I figure out how a gerbil (dead, shaved, encased in plastic, etc.) inserted high up into the rectum would or could be arousing?? (shakes head). But the ghastly part of these scenarios involving hamsters, gerbils or other LIVING things, is this:, "Did they get the poor animals consent?" No, of course not!
