Miranda Cosgrove is looking back at her own horrifying stalker saga amid the "Baby Reindeer" phenomenon. The "iCarly" star opened up in a new interview with Bustle published on May 10 and reflected on a 2016 incident in which a man lit himself on fire and fatally shot himself in her yard. The Nickelodeon alum has spoken about the experience before but revisited it most recently when asked about the smash Netflix series based on writer and creator Richard Gadd's stalker story.

A lot of people, myself included, laugh or smile when uncomfortable. It doesn’t mean we don’t take it seriously or anything similar. I actually have to turn my face away from people during some situations because I will start smiling because I’m so freaking uncomfortable. Similarly, anyone who knows me well knows that if I’m mad and I start smiling or laughing, that means I’m absolutely FURIOUS. It’s just different humans having different human behaviors lol. To me, when she started smiling, I thought “Oh damn, that situation still really effects her.”
That quote at the end.... seriously. She smiles while she talks about it. I find it kind of weird and disturbing and she seems very disconnected from it.

Why is she smiling so much? Almost as if she's proud that someone would end their life over her & even detail the graphics whilst looking excited? I'm sorry, but there's something psychotic about this. If this were a criminal investigation , they'd not be putting this off as "just her way of dealing with things". Under a psychological analysis, this most certainly would not go in her favour.

It could be a protection mechanism of the psyche, when people talk about traumatic events they tend to smile to release anxiety and protect themselves it’s an automatic response of the body
I doubt that she's proud someone killed themselves over her.
Bc she was probably traumatized at 23 and doesn't understand how to process it. Chill out.
